I have been using their products on and off for years. I have sent 8 emails and left 2 messages on their not real chat on their website(it looks like a chat icon but really is a message service that they never respond to) I will say they responded when I was having problems with tracking but not when I had issuses. The last 2 orders the products were not properly sealed. Which as we all know with food and drink isn't safe or sanitary to then consume. This most recent order I still tried to use but the color and taste were completely off. Due to their lack of response i ended up filing with my bank to try and obtain a refund. I shouldn't have to pay for faulty product packaging and unsafe products. Especially when it comes to womens health. I obviously wouldn't need their products if I wasn't having pain and other issues. I had to cancel and am trying to find another more reliable company to depend upon now.

Disappointed isn't a big enough word to describe how this company has made me feel.

Incredibly long shipping with no response from customer service after multiple contacts. I canceled my credit card for future orders due to no response from customer service. Will update if I ever get product or have a response from their customer service team. So far I do not trust this company.
