SCAMMMM Set up account placed bets....now i can't log in, the password reset does not work, and the chat does not work nor the support tickets. tried them on X no response.....SCAMMMM

Bet-X-VIP is totally scammed i deposit 50€ after winning i withdraw 500€ then said to make 2 more deposit when i make 3 deposit after they said to pay 12% withdraw commission when i pay commission then they block my account 😭😭 i lost 500€

Terrible experience. I was pay 50€ as my first deposit. When I want to withdraw 470€, they requested to pay 3 new deposits. I payed 3x50. Then they requested to pay 12% of commission for 470€, I payed. The they requested my documents for verification, including 20% of some commission. I payed. Then they refused my withdrawal, returned money on my account, and say, make a new withdrawal. A made a new withdrawal, then they again requested commission of. 12%, despite previous refused withdrawal didn't gave back commission. And I stopped. It could be again, and aging and again. SCAMERS

Trash. They kept my money because I owed my bookie . I guess they work hand and hand

Horrible website, unclear instructions. Also, they require a rollover of 1000$ before you can withdraw so if you’re spending anything less than 500$ this website is completely not worth it.. horrible horrible horrible website

I use the mobile payment option (orange money) to deposit, after winning, these fraudsters wouldn't allow me withdraw the money I won, and they did that by not putting the orange money option on withdrawal.

Scammer site. Dont put your valuable money in this scammer site. I cant withdraw my 1000$ in my account. They requested ID , Selfi with ID, Utility Bills I send all. But I cant withdraw. Poor poor customer care. Dont put money.

These people are thieves. There could not be a worse betting site. I deposited money, made two bets and won both. My bets were then "voided" and my initial deposit returned. After I won I tried to withdraw my winnings and was told to submit a photo ID and a photo of my credit card. They certainly did not ask for this information to take my deposit. I told them "no" and to send me my winnings My account was then suspended and by the time I was able to reopen it my bets had been "voided" and my deposit returned. I can guarantee that had I lost the bets that they would not have been "voided." They stole my winnings plain and simple.

After months of losing I finally request my payout and they decline the payout request. I have no idea why. I really need my money.

Placed a bet for an nba player to score 16+ points .. player scores 22 points they mark the bet as a loss. Talked to customer service 5 times they all tell me the + sign means exactly. I asked why have the + sign after the 16 they couldn’t explain it

It’s a scam. I finally won a $2200 parlay and they locked my account. Some guy named Tony was their “customer service”. Lied and said their was no manager to speak to and then eventually hung up on me. Pretty easy to see scam. Go with a more reputable book and don’t get ripped off.

They don't they response our queries my someone reliable instead the response are automatic by the bots and didn't received my deposit money back.
And when I tried again to pay in gpay . Gpay said the person I'm paying to is a fraud and could be dangerous.
So , be careful of it.

Their workers try. You call customer service and get people who are polite and trying to help. The product is not great. Pretty high juice and high transaction fees.

If you agree to the terms of a 10x rollover it’s not a scam. It’s not like you’re forced to take a bonus and your money is locked. If you accept the bonus you accept the rollover. So that is not a scam. However their payout is slow taking up to 5 days and there are stories of them locking peoples accounts when they win big, that would be an actual scam. This site imo is by no means trustworthy but a rollover is not a scam when you agree to it. Use betonline where they pay you in 20 min and don’t have a history of locking accounts.

deposited before reading all the horror stories on here. quickly ran up my initial deposit to 10k, cashed out, then read these reviews and was like oh boy am I ever gonna see this $? the rollover process on the deposit bonus is ridiculously hard to get and they do this weird thing where you only get the profit on your bonus wagers (you don't get the initial stake back even if you win). but i got there, cashed out, and after about 9 days, I got my wire transfer payout. its much easier to cash out on bovada than here but I was pleased that they did eventually pay me.
also, lol @ the xbet moderator who keeps copy pasting responses that "we could not find your account exists" to everyone on here, obviously people aren't posting their account and personal details on an anonymous review site, seeing you do that made me even more suspicious of your site.
but, in conclusion, while not perfect this site was not a scam.
