This is borderline legal action. I ordered a motorbike top box and it arrived, but it was second-hand!! It was covered in scratches, parts were missing, and there were no assembly instructions. DISGRACEFUL!! I’ll never deal with them again! BEWARE!!
Contacted twice for information (in French and in English) about a couple of products… never received an answer!

Site très réactif, top case et support commander le mardi matin à 10 heures, et la livraison le jeudi matin à mon domicile à 8 heures. Difficile de faire mieux...
Le matériel était conforme, et il ne manquait pas de pièces. Je recommande vivement ce site.

Très déçu de "l'usine moto web" et de Honda. Top case de marque Honda arrivé rapidement mais sans notice de montage et avec des pièces manquantes (plaque et entretoise de la serrure ) donc impossible de le fermer et de le verrouiller sur le porte bagage. Honda n'est pas en mesure de fournir les pièces manquantes, "l'usine moto" me préconise de trouver une pièce "similaire" dans un magasin de bricolage ! Impossible de trouver la pièce, je demande donc un remboursement et un bon-retour pour renvoyer le top case : plus aucune nouvelle ! Choisir un site spécialisé dans les articles de moto et un article de marque est donc loin d'être un gage de qualité !
Bon magasin pour l'entretien du X-ADV. Livré 2 jours après au relais pour mon pack de vidange, super service.
Legit, but poor. Ordered €600+ worth of accessories. Asked for the red footpegs (in French), they sent blue. Ordered fog lights with mounts, turned out the mounts were included, but this was not mentioned in the description and no one bothered to confirm. Then they sent it by Chronopost which is utterly hopeless. My package sat in the French dispatch centre for 2 weeks and well past the delivery date. In that time I ordered and received two parcels from Japan so it’s not Brexit that is to blame. Had to phone DPD UK and make a fuss, then the parcel started moving. Contacted shop support twice, RE delivery and footpeegs, no one ever responded. In the future will order from Japan, cheaper and faster.
