I want to tell you about my situation with XLBet, I received an email about a 100% deposit bonus and I deposited NOK 400 and played for NOK 800! What I played was sweet bonanza and bought a bonus which is not allowed with bonus money. Most other sites, when you buy a bonus, you usually get an error message that it is not possible to buy a bonus, and I didn't get that on XLbet, so I played and drove on and was up to NOK 15,000, and suddenly when I bought the bonus, it disappeared NOK 10,000 and I contacted live chat and told them about the situation, that my money has disappeared. And they said that I played with a bonus and they have converted the bonus money to real contact balance and it was NOK 5,000. I have never experienced that on other sites, on other sites I have played until X times the bonus has been played. So then I thought okay fine then I only have NOK 5000 real balance and then I don't want to buy more bonus and play odds. I put NOK 4000 on a coupon with 3 football matches and won about NOK 15000 and this was with my real cash balances and not a bonus. I also sat on a new coupon and won about NOK 8,000. This is with a real contact balance and I tried to withdraw by bank transfer via revolout, then I was told that I have to withdraw the money via the card I deposited with! So I do it, and suddenly around 28,000 kroner have been confiscated because I bought a bonus on sweet bonanza... this is ridiculously tragic and a serious breach of fraud from XLbet.

Welcoming bonus says that first bet odds have to be min 1.8.

Maybe in finnish rules its writed wrong or something but I placed bet with 2 different odds 1.7 and 1.2 with total 2.1 odd. Customer service said that I cant get free bet? Cant understand this...

Also I asked 4 times about free bet they said its coming. After 5 days I get this information...
