On 29th May a large amount of funds left my wallet without my knowledge. I asked Xmpro for support and they said the cant do nothing other than investigate the situation. Iv recently tried to email the support team but im not getting no reply. Do not invest with them as I am still trying to get my money out and can't get ahold of anyone. Together, we must hold them accountable for their actions, as they seem unfit to fulfill their duty to serve the community effectively!
If youâre thinking about using Xmpro, STAY AWAY! They will take your money, let you deposit easily, but make withdrawing nearly impossible. Their customer service is terrible, their verification process is completely inconsistent, and they donât provide any real support when you actually need it.
Best thing is to open a complaint with the FCA first and if not satisfied, then take it as their final response and open a complaint via the AyrLp!
