Very expensive
Service was great, very polite and efficient gentleman carried out the work. However the cost was rather extortionate which is why I have not rated 5 star, I would have done if the cost had been more realistic.
I appreciate it agreed to the price beforehand, but with something like this you don't really have much choice but to pay whatever because it is an urgent need.

Unresolved issue
The man was pleasant enough, came out and put the poison down. Put poison ultimately in the same places I had. After a week and half he came back out and hadnât caught the rodent. Issue is still on going, said I wasnât willing to pay for more visits and asked him to stay for a further 5 mins to see if he could hear where it was digging but he said it wouldnât make a difference. Took his poison away and left. Issue unresolved. Feels like £240 for nothing really.
