Xtensio is the living deliverables workspace for consultants, agencies, founders and marketing teams who send professional work to clients, investors and stakeholders. Most client work goes stale the moment it is sent: a PDF goes out, the numbers change, and a new version starts circulating. Xtensio keeps it alive. Create: start from 80+ business templates, including one-pagers, fact sheets, capability statements, proposals, case studies, personas and pitch decks, or get a structured first draft with AI. Deliver: apply your Brand Kit (logo, colours and fonts) and share your work as a live link on your own subdomain or domain, password-protected if you need it, or export a PDF or image. Keep current: edit once and every link you have shared updates. Version history keeps up to a year of changes. Reuse and measure: duplicate what worked for the next client, keep each client in its own project workspace, invite clients as guests, and see who opened what you sent. Xtensio has a free plan with no time limit. Xtensio Plus is $12 per person per month, or $120 per year, for teams of up to five. We have been helping professionals deliver their work since 2016.

Easy to use

I've been using Xtensio to write and host my client case studies since 2019. I stopped for a while and then returned in 2023. Could do with some minor tweaks but in all my experience has been smooth so far

Excellent tool

Xtensio is an excellent tool for anyone who needs to create professional-looking business documents quickly and easily. I really enjoyed using this platform because it offers a wide range of templates and features that make it easy to customize my documents to meet my specific needs.

For Lovers of Product Templates

Xtension is truly great at helping me create our customer persona. They provide detailed templates as well as clear design that can be easily applied to our business model for further marketing and data analysing functions.

Great Tool

I've tried Xtensio during the trial period, and I'm impressed with the platform's features. The templates are easy to use and customize, and the collaboration tools are useful for working with a team. However, I didn't get to try out all the features in the trial period, so I'm not sure if the pricing is worth it. Overall, I think Xtensio is a good option for those looking for a tool to create professional-looking business documents.
