Bij mij werkte een reservering via Social Deal die ik al betaald had niet. Een week geprobeerd, vouchercodes werkten niet. Afgezien van geld kwijt, veel tijd kwijt. Social Deal deed alsof ze het zouden oplossen, maar de week verliep en de vouchers ook zonder oplossing of tegemoetkoming. Jammer. Niet doen dus! En als je de reservering verkeerd invult ga je al gauw een steeds hogere rekening krijgen. Pas goed op. Ik was er al eerder geweest, geen bijzondere beleving. Alles erg onpersoonlijk, eigenlijk een toeristenfuik. Ook bijna geen Nederlanders. Er zijn veel meer en betere toeristenplekken! Dus denk goed na voordat je boekt. Zie ook de andere reviews met kritiek. Daar kan ik me geheel in vinden.

Unbelievable service

This was a really fun interactive trip and made our day trip to amsterdam great!

Leider Touri Falle. 10 min warten. 20 Min. dann in der Eisbar. Vorher gibt’s einen alkoholischen Drink, der nicht so ganz was von einem Cocktail hatte. Es war eher crushed Eis mit Wasser. Einmal auf Klo, steht man in einer Plörre. Die Schuhe kleben danach. Wenn man in die Eisbar reingeht bekommt man Handschuhe, die riechen leider nach Bier und sind nicht so trocken. Drinnen gibt’s entweder Shots oder schales Bier. Es wird einem zum Bier geraten. Bekommen tut man das alles in einem Glas aus Eis, auch hier ist fraglich ob es vorher gereinigt wurde. In das Glas bekommt man dann sein 2. Getränk, es gibt kein neues Glas. Nach 10 min gibts noch ne Massenabfertigung mit Fotos. Dann wird man wieder rausgeschmissen, die nächste Gruppe wird hineingelassen.

1 Stern ist noch zuviel. Wir sind megga enttäuscht...Dreck überall vorne alle Tische und Thresen schmutzig...in der Icebar noch dreckiger und Massenabfertigung viel zu voll in dem kleinen Raum billiger Fussel und alles schnell schnell ....spart das Geld....ist es nicht wert....

Die Icebar in Amsterdam war eine echte Enttäuschung. In der Bar selber war es sehr schmutzig. Der Boden hat geklebt und die Tische waren voller ausgeschütteten Drinks und schon länger nicht mehr abgewischt worden. Die Drinks in der Bar waren lieblos und geschmacklos zusammengeschüttet. In der Icebar selber war es noch schlimmer. Es gibt nur Heineken oder Shots mit billigem Fusel zu trinken. Musik oder Tanzatmosphäre = Fehlanzeige! Insgesamt sind mit den vielen Leuten, die pro Einlass hereingelassen werden, die 20 qm Kühlraum auch gut gefüllt. Spart euch das Geld und geht woanders hin- Icebar Amsterdam? Besser nicht!

I was excited to try but was really let down
Paid for two people not cheap but was shocked when I went in how small the bar was , how there was no atmosphere , how bad the drinks were and how long you actually get I wouldn't waste my money here not worth it

Was very dissapointed with this place. The venue itself was mediocre. Firslty, I had to wait about 10 minutes to be served at the bar becuase the bar staff were to busy chatting. It was very gimmicky, and the IceBar itself is extremely small and boring. No atmosphere, pretty much just a cold room. The women that took us into the IceBar was very very rude. Firstly, when going through the brief, she made some very unprofessional jokes about genders and religions, and told us that people who drink the orange juice are either religous or "boring". She then told me that "I look like a baby" and said that my young face was "doing me no favors"!! I then ask for vodka as my drink, and she says "are you sure you will be able to handle it? I think orange juice would be better for you". Honestly can't beleive she is still hired there, she is extremely immature, arrogant, rude and unprofessional.

Don't waste your money here. You are better off exploring the standard bars in the area.

Hugely disappointed. I’ve been to the one in London several years ago which was fab so I was initially really looking forward to coming here. Coats and gloves area smelt so bad and then everyone has to queue in a line to be served a drink but there is no atmosphere, music so quiet. It’s strange. We left the ice box after two shots because it was boring and it just felt awkward standing around. I asked a member of staff why the music is so quiet and the reply was: you’ve come on the wrong night! You should have come on a Friday or Saturday for the music to be booming.
Can’t believe that response, it shouldn’t matter what night! The music makes it so much better, but it felt like we were just shoved in a freezer.

It was a big disappointment and certainly not worth the money. Drinks in ice part were a complete non event. Not even a decent pour.
