Appalling experience.
I tried to sign up after reading positive reviews on here, and I couldnât even get past the first page of registration as I then received a notification saying
âDue to the restrictions of the regulator, we do not accept registrations of players based from your current location. If youâre using a proxy service or VPN, try turning it off and refreshing the pageâ.
I am based in the U.K. which seems to be within their jurisdiction.
I checked my iPhone settings and location services were switched on and I have no active VPN or proxy.
I wouldnât mind but I hadnât even reached the page to enter my address details!
I contacted customer support through live chat and I just kept being referred to the terms, which I had already checked, and there is no mention of U.K. customers being excluded.
I asked for a further explanation and was just told that I was unable to open an account, basically giving the impression that she didnât actually give a sh*t and then said something along the lines of âweâre running around in circles and not getting anywhereâ and she ended the live chat.
The irony is that I am an active member of their sister sites and have recently deposited with those sites etc, so I donât think itâs unreasonable to ask for an explanation regarding this issue.
Very disappointing as I was really looking to becoming a member of this site and would have made regular deposits too.
