Good stuff for my truck son

This is Tony from Colorado,Well I did receive my order,it took some time,some confusion on the order and Email, but received my order I believe Gary did all he could do.with all the that's going on with ordering and the backup of things in the country, I want to thank Gary for is help and I give him 10 stars! Thanks to xtreemRC for their customer service especially Gary Chevers.We are 100% satisfied.Looks real and Very well made. It is what I wanted to get for my grandson.I got him the truck, loader and escavator 1\14 scale.Looking forward to buy more.

I havent received anything but excuses as to why I havent recieved any info on my order. No tracking numbers..etc. I got an email about apparently my address because Gary was confused...I've lived here for 12 yrs and nobody has ever questioned my address except your company. My gut tells me your company is a scam so as of yet I'm nowhere near impressed

I hade to cancel my order and they were quick to respond and gave me a full refund and 2 days later I hade the money on my account.

We placed an order on the 24th October, (order no 2825), immediately got the standard generated email of order confirmation, which stated we would be sent an email and tracking number when shipped. As yet no shipment (2nd November). We have sent 2 emails with no reply and tried calling 3 times, left one message, no reply. If you value your hard earned money buy elsewhere. If I select view order status it says page cannot be found.
.....after communication from xtreemrc, our order was dispatched and received 7 days later. (Aust post was slow). I suggest better communication as this is where you will gain confidence with your customers. The items seem good quality and well built. Lots of other people sell these things, create a point of difference, be the best at communicating...Just my opinion. Thanks for your efforts and response.

Stuart is great! He helped resolve an issue I had with one of the excavators I bought. He truly takes his customer service seriously will definitely be giving xtreemrc my business again thank you Stuart!

Packaged well and shipping was quick. Tracking did not update until it was delivered.

I love your products and everything but it's a shame That you cant supply to the United Kingdom I share all you're adverts tell the people how good your machines are I have friends In America and then they ship it to me

I am giving this company a new review.
My first review I explained a couple of issues or simple misunderstandings I have had with xtreem.

This review is for the experience I’ve had after things got resolved. I love the products I have purchased. I am grateful for Gary who helped fix the issues from before. Once I wrote my first review he reached out immediately and was very professional and kind about his resolution.

I am satisfied with xtreem and I will most likely use them for future purchases.

I ordered the loader on the 5th of Aug. it took a long time for the status of my order to change. I made two calls to the US number, and sent two emails to the main link. Never got any email responses, and finally received a call back from the US number on Aug 12. He told me I would receive the loader Friday the 13th. I did not. I received my order on the 17th of Aug. I feel this is poor communication and shipping from a company “concerned” about improving the customer service.

These folks went the extra mile to answer all my questions. Fill and ship was neck breaking fast! 3-4 day turnaround from order placed to ship, to me! That's fast!

I will purchase from them in the future. I trust their professionalism and can count on them to back their products.

The 336 has given me problems from day one and getting the warranty parts is worse than pulling teeth.
