SCAM, DO NOT USE.
PAID 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION, THEY CUT MY SERVICES AFTER 6 MONTHS AND TOLD ME THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, ITS A SCAM.
PAYING FOR 12 MONTHS GETTING 6, IF YOU CHECK YOUR PLAYLIST PARAMETERS YOU WILL SEE IT.

Avoid these scamers!! These guys have a pro look service with a nice app its a good service... briefly, then they turn it off and blank you.

Subscription stooped working end of August. Trying to contact provider till 21st Sept. No response till date

Agree with others here, this a scam. Bought 2-years package, gave me a 1-year subscription, no response to any communication, and after 4 weeks it all stopped working. Avoid this one, just a scam.

I keep getting issues where nothing is working. When I try to reach out to whatsapp number (via msg and call) they are not responsive at all. Worst service!

Took money for 6 months after 1 month no service, thief's who refuse to answer on WhatsApp, just ignore their customers emails as well. If you have any sense don't go near this company. Rip off

I set it up for a relative but when they took it and plugged it in. It would not work because it's a different ip address. I contacted customer service several times they gave new log in details but that didn't work either. I contact them but then they decide to ignore me. I will be getting my refund back through my bank

I’ve had the exact experience of Yvan. Service started good then went downhill. I originally got replies from customer service and they got it up and running again. Now the service has been dropping out constantly for the past couple of months and customer service stopped replying to my messages. I know they were reading my messages as my service was cut off immediately I mentioned I would be leaving a review on Trustpilot. I had 6 months left on my subscription and they just cut me off. 
I have used many IPTV providers and this is the first one that has been dishonest and ignored all communication.
Please don’t give these people your money. You will get a terrible service and they will cut off your service and keep your money if you complain.

I took out a one month trial to this service to see whether it was worth a full 12 month subscription.
The result is a resounding "NO"!
The server continually goes offline, resulting in a "No Signal" message, often in the middle of a movie or show, and the EPG goes missing all the time.
Requests for a refund are ignored, despite the "Money back guarantee"
