absolutely disgusting. owner never shipped my item, when I emailed, I never received a response. I’m close to where the owner lives, i spent a lot of money and wasn’t going to let that slide, so i drove to her house. She kicked me, spat on me and laughed :/

Everything about this business is completely unprofessional. The business owner threatened to spit on me because I had a problem with my purchase.

Ordered from Y2K Tees in February, my order took three weeks to arrive and the quality of the print is poor. I have contacted customer services email several times and I’m still waiting for a response. Their email says they will get back to you within 1-3 business days, It’s been weeks and I’m still waiting. This is poor customer service guys. I would not recommend.

This is such a scam,none of the clothes looked like what they were supposed to be and when i wanted to return them it took me 3 months to even get any more information on the refund.Disgusting how they scam the living daylights of people

I waited 3 months for ONE tshirt, emailed numerous times and received no reply. I personally dm’d the owner on both her personal and business account just asking about my order as it was my friends birthday present (shipping said 1-2 weeks) and didn’t get back to me at all. No apology given, no reply at all from the seller. The seller also lives in my city, so it was absolutely not shipped when said it would. Eventually, when it came it was such bad quality and it smelled like FISH.

Never bought from this person but I never will because they’re a SCAMMER

Husband ordered me a tshirt and it has never arrived. Ordered it in July and have not received the item or any response from the company. And what a surprise, the website is now down. Happily took our money though - absolute scam of a company.

*edit - item arrived six months later. However all commutation was ignored.*

I purchased a set of 10 tshirts plus an additional crop top in February 2023, after washing them once the print started to fade away, I emailed the seller in April 2023 asking if I could have replacements, all my emails for that year were ignored despite receiving out of offices asking me to wait 1-3 days for a reply. Finally in February 2024 I received a reply to say the tshirts were not faulty (but also they had a new higher quality supplier) and as they were a small business they don’t do refunds but as a gesture would replace SOME of the tshirts (not all). It’s now June and I still haven’t received them.

What is really disappointing is it my boyfriend bought me a tshirt before I died and that is damaged too, I explained this to the seller with no sympathy or understanding.

Negative messages are deleted from social media, emails are ignored and the ones she does answer can be quite rude.

Save your money and shop elsewhere. I spent hundreds on this company and all the tshirts are unwearable.

Received a really bad quality t-shirt. Bought a top for the Eras tour, trying to save some money by buying from a small business instead. Received after 2 months and the quality is really bad. The print is faded and just overall not what I expected. Wouldn't have paid almost £30 if I knew this is how it would look. Should've just got it from the official site.

Have contacted the company but had no response either. Don't waste your money honestly.

Also have a look at them on the government find a company, not looking good when they don't file their accounts!!

I ordered a football jumper off this site all was fine and then it said takes 2 weeks to get made then sent out. This was well over a month ago. I have sent numerous emails , messages and comments. All of my comments have been deleted when I was simply asking for a reply to my emails. I have not been issued a refund! She had then also posted on instagram during the time of my order being missing

Ordered a custom, waited three months for it to come and it had an error, informed the shop about this and emailed multiple times, I did EVENTUALLY get a replacement which I am grateful for but my original order was placed October 2023 replacements got received six months later! Seller took a break from the shop due to mental health which is totally understandable but did not inform customers so ended up waiting six months for a replacement T-shirt

A year later, I have seen the owner is going to 15 ERAS TOUR SHOWS with custom outfits. No doubt funded by the money she got from scamming others like me.

Save your money, buy elsewhere and don't fund this selfish behaviour.
