Beautiful yacht, and the crew was kind and accommodating to our group with 6 kids. The service was great—definitely worth it to cater your cruise. Would love to sail with them again!

Wow. We had an amazing 4 hour cruise on notorious. There was 6 of us but there was ample of space. Jet Ski, swimming. My son said it was best day of his life. Great service, information and crew were great

I researched companies and obtained many quotes for a private yacht cruise. I wanted 3 hrs over sunset. It was a bit daunting as so many companies are out there! . David from Gold Yachts was ultimately professional at booking, informative and accessible for any questions during booking and up to the cruise departure. The price was very competitive too.
The yacht was fantastic, the crew were polite, professional and we felt safe and happy throughout our wonderful experience. The skill when they moored the boat was 1st class.
I would not hesitate to recommend Gold’s Yachts and go as far as to say that it was worth every penny.
Thank you so very much for giving us a super cruise.

TERRIBLE
The Worst Decision of my life to book a yacht with this company. I booked the yacht for fishing solely. They told me I have to book it minimum 4 hours if I want fishing, so I booked 4 hours. The agent was replying me over whatsapp very quickly until I made the payment.
On the day of sail, after 40 minutes of sailing I enquired how far will we go to start fishing. The on-board crew surprised me that NO FISHING is being done as the crew was not informed by company. I showed the confirmation from company but they didn't listen to me.
At this time company was not responding. After 1 hour they replied and said it was their mistake. After series of conversations, they agreed for refund and took all my bank details again. And guess what? They blocked me after that and stopped responding. I tried contacting from another number. As soon as they came to know that is me again. They blocked that number as well.
Pathetic and very unprofessional group of liars. They don't even have the courage to talk by coming upfront. Cowards!
Will never ever recommend to anyone.

Update:
Miss Marina Fawzy, head of client support reached me after this review and looked into the whole matter. She assured me that it will be investigated and compensation will be provided. They decided to give me a full 4 hour trip with fishing free of cost anytime I like. But unfortunately I am not looking forward to visit UAE any soon, so I asked for a refund. We mutually agreed for 50% refund which is now received.
I thank this platform which proved helpful for me and also Miss Marina to look into this matter.

We hosted a corporate event on behalf of our clients as we are an event agency. The team led by Lakshya was extremely responsive and prompt to address all our needs. the were very flexible and willing to make required changes to ensure the event went well. In all a very good experience. The event was a success and the guests had a very good time

Someone who is a marketing executive of a company understands outstanding service when she sees one. Gold Yacht staff are five star all the way. Here are my reviews on our booking....
The booking was flawless, we had an issue booking online from Canada so we left a message with Gold on WhatsApp .Mr Joshi responded within hours even though it was night in Dubai. He guided us through the process and gave us an alternative which worked out fine. After booking, We even changed cruise timing on him after few days and he was so accommodating. Thank you Mr Joshi.
My Dad couldn't make it on board due to unavoidable circumstances and he passed the booking to me (lucky me)
The day of the cruise we were greeted by the Gold supervisor(sorry I don't remember the name) at the marina who made sure our boarding was flawless.
On board the Captain introduced himself along with the crew. They had arranged snacks and refreshments for us on board which was so yummy. The Yacht was a premium 75 ft. It was gorgeous from corner to corner ,top to bottom, slick and sexy!!!clean and fully sanitized. All staff were following Covid protocols which is so important during these unprecedented times.
The staff on board were amazing, they accommodated our music, they were constantly on hand making sure we are enjoying and having a good time. Our wish was their command.
The Captain was awesome, so accommodating. I requested him if he could anchor somewhere safe so that we could swim. DID I SAY OUR WISH WAS HIS COMMAND? Thank you Captain Baylon for the amazing experience on board. You are the man !
We have rented a Yacht in the past from Xclusive and the experience was HO-HUM.Gold Yacht was 'THE' experience! We gooooood we didn't want it to end.

In conclusion, For those who have rated Gold with less than 5 star i say 'WOULD YOU LIKE CHEESE WITH YOUR WHINE'?
Shout out to the upper management of Gold Yacht for training their staff so well...................Can't wait to be back in Dubai and enjoy the Gold Yacht hospitality again!

The service from Golds was very good, responsive and helpful. David was the member of staff that I was dealing with. The boat was fine (noting that we didn’t opt for the premium range) That said, it was very clean and the staff on the boat were helpful and attentive. All in all a great service and I’ve recommended them to friends
