Lower deck rug need to be vacuumed it’s full of hair. Staff need to be attentive no one was available to take a pic for us or even offer a drink. I did not see them during the boat ride.

The experience was lovely! The staff were really friendly and nice! They took pictures of us and were really helpful! Great experience and I would defo do this again!

Everything was great. Well priced, on time, crew were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Little bit disappointed with the start. We were asked to call 15 minutes before arrival at the meeting point. No answer on the numbers provided. Multiple unanswered calls over the next 30 minutes were not picked up. We did eventually receive a call from the Captain of the boat 5 minutes after our trip was due to start.
From that point on we were very happy. The crew were welcoming and friendly. Our 13 year old son was a little bit disappointed that he and his friends weren't allowed weren't allowed to jump in off the top deck, he had done this the week before on a different charter. That said as parents we were happy as we assume the crew did not allow this due to safety issues.
Apart from the issues at the start we were very happy and the charter was good value.

I had planned a surprise yacht ride for my husband and the team at Gold’s yacht worked exactly how I wanted ..v good service and extremely helpful and understanding staff..Special note to the captain for the lovely ride ,the staff boy who was b helpful ,Ms Alina for the being always available and Mr Eugene for working the whole thing out..Thank you

Yatch was amazing top notch. What made the experience perfect was the service i received from the sales manager the operation manager the crew and captain.

For two people never been it Dubai before, it was fantastic to look the whole city around and enjoy its Beaty. Thanks a lot!!

Overall experience is amazing and services are excellent, staff is very friendly & helpful.

We hired 60 ft yacht on Jan 12th to celebrate 40th birthday.
It’s hard to coordinate with Sales team. Each time a new person comes online / on phone. The yacht arrived 15 mins late. We were not told complimentary balloons will only be 16. We were told there would be complimentary disposable cutlery. For a yacht of 30 people, they had 15 plates and 15 glasses to give us. I wouldn’t recommend Gold Yacht for their terrible management. Yacht was clean and beautiful though.

Brilliant service, before and during trip, exceptionally well organized, courteous and very attentive crew and staff. Lovely yacht. A perfect day! Wholeheartedly recommend Golds Yacht’s!

The Captin was always on the phone and his driving was bad. It was a windy day but still he was ignorant to many things.

Before we leave, we have agreed to go finishing, after we left they said they do not have a permit?!
