Terrible customer service - impossible to make a return
Terrible customer service. You can't initiate a simple return via their website or via any return slip included with your order--you are told to contact them. Then when you contact them, they don't respond. I've contacted them four times by email and twice by phone about a return and still have not received a reply. When I called the provided number for Inplus Footcare LLC, no one would pick up. After waiting on hold 10+ minutes I was prompted by automated voice to email them instead, which as I've noted, I'd already done. Feels like a scam, honestly.
