Barquettes, éclatées et abîmées
Les produits sont bons. Mais la livraison est catastrophique, j’ai reçu des barquettes aplaties et certaines étaient percées. Le carton d’emballage était très bien. Ce sont les produits à l’intérieur qui étaient abîmés.

Merci pour votre message. Il est regrettable que certains produits soient arrivés endommagés. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas le but recherché. Nous allons en parler à l'entrepôt pour nous assurer que les produits sont mieux emballés afin qu'ils soient moins susceptibles d'être endommagés. Je demanderai également à notre équipe du service clientèle de vous contacter pour voir comment nous pouvons vous aider davantage.

Hondje van 15 is blij
Mijn hondje is net 15 geworden en is nog heel vitaal. Ik heb hem vanaf dat hij 1 jaar was en sinds dien eet hij Yarrah, al snel zijn we over gegaan op Yarrah vegan en hij vindt de brokjes nog steeds super lekker.

I ordered dog food end of February and…
I ordered dog food end of February and it has still not arrived. This is more than a week, so I might as well have ordered it via Amazon. Kindly fix your supply chain issue so that I do not experience this again, otherwise I will use a different company via Amazon so that I do not have to wait for more than a week for an order to arrive.

How unpleasant to hear that the parcel has not yet been received according to you. Looking at the tracking information, the package should have been delivered to you on 4-3-2025. Since you indicate package has not been received yet, I will ask our customer service team to contact you and start an investigation.

Après plusieurs commandes , toujours le même problème d’emballage !!!!
Les produits à l’intérieur sont mal conditionnés ( en vrac avec peu de protection ) .
Ils arrivent en mauvais état et ils peuvent s’ouvrir pendant le transport .
Causent des pertes

Unkomplizierte Bestellung, schnelle Lieferung und das Produkt schmeckt meiner Hündin ausgezeichnet – und ist auch noch bio! (Einzig das "stoßdämfende" luftgefüllte Puffermaterial aus Plastik(!) im Paket hätte besser aus Altpapier oder Maischips bestanden)

Paté voeding, die mijn kat heerlijk vindt. Dame is op leeftijd (19!) en geniet er elke keer weer van.
Website is duidelijk en levering is vlot.

Rien à dire sur la qualité des aliments.
Par contre je trouve que les articles étaient mal protégés. Le carton d'emballage trop fin et pas assez de protections à l'intérieur. J'ai reçu mon colis déchiré, des barquettes écrasées et percées. Sinon, mon chien adore les pâtés qui sont d'excellentes qualités.
