I ordered a pair of sandals which I still had not received after 5 weeks, after 3 emails sent to them with no reply I claimed my money back through PayPal which was instantly returned

ordered Sorento Flip flops from an add online, stated they were adjustable, took 22 days to arrive, turned up, definitely not adjustable, emailed the company to arrange a refund and return, numerous emails, delays and being fobbed off with 50% refund or vouchers.
do not deal with this company, BBC watchdog and consumer rights have been contacted.

Do not buy from this company.
Bought a pair of Sorrento sandals, they arrived on the 10th working day after ordering, just inside the stipulated delivery time of 4-10 working days.
Took them on holiday a few days later. They lasted 1.5 days before the toe thong parted company with the foot strap.
Tried emailing them but have been ghosted.

I ordered 2 pairs of flip flops in two different sizes, I checked beforehand that they offered free returns. I was sent two pairs of the same size, I have tried to contact them multiple times, but have had no response - very disappointed with this company and its poor customer service!

One star is too generous!! Sent me the wrong size shoe and will not reply to my messages or tell me how to arrange a replacement or refund. It states Ybliss London… not based anywhere near the UK. Warning: do not buy from this company. Initially found them in Instagram, but the my have a Ybliss London website.

Terrible customer service

£200 spent, a delivery that arrived weeks later than advertised, and now complete silence when trying to return the items.

Ybliss requires customers to email for return instructions, yet repeated emails have gone unanswered. Facebook messages simply direct you back to the same email address that nobody responds to.

A returns policy is meaningless if customers cannot get a response within the stated return period. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering.
