Very prompt, great service, no complaints! Reliable for a 2am booking and smooth driving as well.

Taxi service cancelled literally minutes as we landed at 5am. Apparently there was a 'family emergency' and they couldn't arrange another driver. This left us scrambling to book another cab while getting our luggage. Really poor!

Punctual and polite. Cheaper than other taxi firms.

I understand there are some mixed reviews on here however I have found them quite reliable so far for the journeys I’ve been needing to go to with my dog to the vet and back. While it is a bit expensive, they do a pick up wait and take you home which removes a lot of the stress and the drivers are all made aware that they’ll be transporting a dog which is better than when you select something like Uber pet which is incredibly unreliable for animals. So far I’ve only experienced good things from this company and I would recommend them.

Everything went smoothly. The driver was very helpful and friendly. The car was well maintained too.

I used Taxis Network twice in the past two weeks and they’ve been excellent. I booked one via phone and the other via WhatsApp, which was super easy and the team were very fast and effective at communicating. Both taxis were early in the morning and I had texts to confirm the night before and roughly 30 minutes before too. I found them to be very communicative, prompt and friendly.

Taxi was slightly late (15 mins) and it seems initially went to wrong place, but phone calls sorted that out - had postcode so that was odd. when booking online I fully noted that I was taking a cat to vet (in carrier) - destination address at Medivet was also a clue! - and paid and received my booking confirmation accordingly. Driver was not happy, though he did kindly take me and cat eventually just in time for appointment, as driver had not been informed about cat and does not usually take animals? If you are going to have online booking, please do pass on the information from the form and assign a suitable driver for requirements. We got there but a more stressful start to the day than I’d have liked.

Avoid like the plague. They lie about arrival time, driver tracking doesn't work, have to be chased to provide driver and car details (I was travelling alone), claimed my original driver had a flat tyre, said he was nearby when he clearly wasn't... the list goes on. Beware they also have several numbers from apparently different companies which all re-route to the same Ydriv service. Appalling.

We used this firm to get my mum to hospital and back and they were very good. Good service, very efficient and at a good rate!

Booked a car to take my parents in law to the airport & it arrived as expected with good air conditioning & comfortable

Wouldn't bother wasting your time. find somebody else. left me standing over 30 mins in the rain to call me back and tell me there's no taxis available. couldn't of told me that when we arranged the taxi in 1st place na?

#For some reason 2 different drivers called us at 1 am
# tax didn’t arrive until3am
# when we arrived at airport the payment link did not work
# I then said please give me your bank details and I will transfer when I get 5 mins to sit down
There was No problem the journey was polite and decent
# Then as we are going through check in at the airport the driver sends the msg calling us pathetic and miserable
I’m honestly shocked by this msg

We pre‑booked a taxi a month in advance for a wedding, scheduled for 00:30. One minute before the pickup time, we were informed that the driver had cancelled. By 00:35, the company told us there were no other drivers available and they could not complete our trip.
This left us stranded in the middle of nowhere with no way to get home. Everyone else from the wedding had already left, as carriages were arranged for 12:30am and only after this did they tell us they couldn’t collect us.
When I tried to raise a complaint and asked for the name of someone to contact, they refused to help any further.

Awful service and zero reliability. There is no point in pre‑booking and paying for a taxi a month in advance if you’re going to be abandoned in the middle of the night. Would not recommend.
