these people took £800 of me then lied and lied about where the boots were. Then refused to give me my money back. Don't deal with these people. Then they changed their name to Western Shack. I never received the boots and never received my money back. These people are nothing more than thieves, do not give them any money. This thieving scumbag is now trading as WESTERN SHACK COMPANY.
I ordered my boots on June 7,2023. The company said for the boots I ordered it would take about 3 months. Still haven’t received them. AND they don’t return your messages. I keep asking for updates. Bad business
I ordered boots. I still have not received them and I can't log on the web site.
DO NOT GIVE THIS SITE YOUR MONEY. IT IS A SCAM AND I LOST ALMOST $400!!! Looked reputable but I always use PayPal instead of my card to be safe. The boots were supposed to be in by 3-5 business days. I waited a month constantly trying to contact them and the boots still hadn't arrived. When I was finally able to speak to a real person I asked for a refund. Took a week for the refund to even show up but it still said pending. A month later of it pending and trying to find out why it wouldn't post. Now the refund has been canceled. Please please don't make my mistake. Stay off of this site!!
The boots I got from them less then a month and my right boot makes a noise evertime I step on it poor quality and they won't do anything to help per their policy
Never received ordered boots because UPS sent them back to Yeehaw Cowboy immediately (UPSs mistake) but merchant charged me $25 for restocking them! How does never receiving the boots make it my fault and I have to pay?

I ordered a pair of boots in the same size I already own. The ordered pair were a little too tight, so I wanted to return them for a larger size. I attempted to do the online exchange instructions provide through the company, but the order number on my receipt showed "no order number found". I emailed the customer service dept, texted the customer service dept, and called several times. It is January 2nd and I still have a beautiful pair of boots that I can't wear due to poor customer service of this company. I prefer to speak to an individual when I spend my money. Love the quality of the boots and the delivery time.
