My experience with Yeet has been unlike anything I have seen with an online casino.

I was accused, investigated, subjected to enhanced compliance review, completed KYC Level 5, provided extensive documentation, and ultimately had my account reinstated. Yeet confirmed that the matter had been resolved and even requested that complaints and public criticism be removed.

I complied.

I removed complaints, updated reviews, and publicly acknowledged the resolution.

Weeks later, after substantial activity on the account and without any new verification requests, warnings, or compliance concerns, the account was permanently closed again.

Yeet now claims a breach of its Terms and Conditions but has failed to explain what specific activity allegedly occurred, despite previously clearing the account through its highest level of verification and reinstating it.

The entire process is documented.

Players should be aware that even after completing enhanced compliance review, receiving formal reinstatement, and publicly acknowledging a resolution, that resolution may still be reversed.

My overall experience with Yeet has not been bad. I’ve never had any issues with deposits or withdrawals, and the support team is fast and helpful. Overall, the casino features are comfortable and easy to use.

The only thing i dislike is the airdrop situation. More than a year ago, they told users to “farm your airdrop” and that's it. I participated in another casino airdrop before and they handled it in a very fair way. That’s why i’m still loyal to that platform. they respected their community and gave users a fair token allocation.

But in yeet’s case, things seem to be getting worse every day. It feels like they are only farming users, while becoming more unclear and uncertain about whether they will distribute the allocation fairly, or even launch the TGE at all.

So if you’re starting to use the platform only for the future airdrop, I don’t think you’re in the right place. Otherwise, the casino itself is okay. But if yeet fails its airdrop distribution, i will never play on yeet again. It’s not just about waiting for the rewards they promised, it’s about appreciating and respecting the loyalty of the community, and somehow yeet is failing at that.

i’ve been involved in crypto since 2021, and i’ve never seen a project handle an airdrop like this. The distribution has taken far too long, and the whole process has been shady and unclear. i’ve also never seen a project with this kind of situation launch a TGE while keeping the community happy. i think this is how yeet will end as well.

One of there affiliates is straight up scamming people in order to get them to sign up on Yeet. I expressed concern to live chat on yeet and they didn’t care at all and legit just said I’m lying. Careless gronks

I would like to emphasize one key point:

After the balance increased, withdrawals and account permissions were not properly restored, but gameplay remained available.

This means the account was effectively restricted for withdrawal, but not restricted for risk. Because I could not withdraw, further wagering occurred while the funds remained trapped inside the platform.

This is a major part of the complaint. If an account is under KYC / Source of Funds restriction, withdrawals should not be blocked while gameplay remains available without a clear resolution.

I am requesting a formal explanation from Yeet and a fair resolution based on the documented balance of approximately $8,947.96, or at minimum the balance that existed while withdrawals were blocked/not restored.

I have now sent a formal complaint to that email, as requested, with supporting evidence attached.

However, this case had already been escalated through Yeet Compliance before. I had already submitted the requested KYC / Source of Funds documents, including Bybit / crypto exchange documentation and official business bank documentation. Yeet confirmed receipt and said the review could take up to 7 days.

Support later indicated that KYC appeared approved, but account permissions had not been restored.

Then the account was permanently suspended without a clear specific rule breach being provided.

The core issue remains unchanged: withdrawals were not restored, gameplay remained available, and the account was later suspended without a clear formal explanation.

MONEY LOCKED AFTER KYC

Very poor experience.

I was told to complete KYC up to Level 3 in order to use deposits and withdrawals. I completed Level 3 successfully and it was approved.

After that, when I tried to withdraw only around 70 USDT from my own deposited funds, Yeet suddenly said withdrawals would remain restricted unless I completed KYC Level 4 and Level 5, including bank statement / source of funds documents.

This is not a prize, raffle, bonus, or promotion. I am only trying to withdraw my own remaining balance.

The requirements keep changing after I do what they ask. For such a small withdrawal of my own money, demanding full banking information feels excessive and unreasonable.

I simply want my balance released and the account closed.

Instead of contacting me even once to solve the problem like a normal company, Yeet decided to flag and try to remove my review on Trustpilot. They did it without any attempt at communication or dispute resolution.
Trustpilot rejected their flag (as expected), but this single action shows their real level of calculation and professionalism: when they cannot silence the player with threats, they try to censor the truth online. No contact, no solution, only attempts to hide negative feedback.
This is not how a serious casino operates. This is how a company that knows it is in the wrong behaves.
Until they return the remaining 7 500 USD I will keep warning other players.
