At this point, I’ve received three times more advertising emails than actual responses from customer support

I made an order on9/11/2025, we are in April and still the sandals doesn’t arrive. Shipping costs were over $10. Customer service hardly ever responds and the only time they expressed an apology they said they were sending the product and that was two months ago…

Bought some clothes on November 7th , it’s March and I don’t’t have any products or my money back.

I purchased a few items in August of 2025, and now it’s March of 2026. Not only have I not received my purchased products, but I haven't received an update on the status of my order, nor have I received a response from customer service as to why I haven't received my order. While these products are popular and reasonably priced, I HIGHLY recommend you save your money and look elsewhere for their products because if you order from this site, you'll never receive what you ordered.

Terrible. They stole my money and refuse to refund or send my order. This company should be investigated.

Not a scam, but… this place is so slow. Orders take forever, like the Voyagers will reach another galaxy before they even think about shipping yours. I got a few orders with big problems: one item missing, one totally wrong. Support? 😂 dead silent. They never reply. The only thing you might get is some auto email if you ask when stuff ships. Buy at your own risk. Maybe you’ll get your stuff… maybe you’ll just gift your money to this sketchy company.

Purchased many pairs of YS-01 received only 2/10 orders, they owe me around 750€ and do not respond, it has been more than 6 months and I have not seen my money nor product.

I purchased the YZ01 slippers on November 1, 2025, and as of March 2, 2026, we have no further information about them. Customer service is unresponsive!

Just like most of the reviews on here I ordered multiple items from the Yeezy store in September of 2025. I ordered shorts, a jacket, and slides-simple. Although the shorts came after 4 weeks(still not fast), I didn’t get the jacket I ordered until the week before Christmas (12 weeks) and I still haven’t gotten the slides I ordered. That’ll be 6 months since I ordered. They also charged me $20 for just shipping! The pieces are decent quality but I was expecting so much more from something Kanye put his name on. Very disappointed and won’t be spending anymore money here.

Ordered two pairs of slides. They charged my card immediately and never heard back, lol. Sent numerous emails with no response.

Delivery said about 6 weeks and it has been more than 8 weeks and no response.

They keep sending me the automatic reply every time I ask for an update.

The order was mixed up, the seller is not communicating

I ordered two paid of shoes in november. i understood the shipping of up to 13 weeks. i received one pair and not the other i have been emailing since to be told there was a shipping delay and the shipping team will review and approve and i will get notification. a month later still nothing i emailed again to be told the same thing i was already told. now no one wants to answer my emails. this is very discouraging and not an appropriate way to handle business and or customers. maybe this is a third party and not the official site. i should be compensated some way for this inconvienence as well as receive my order in full.

Saw a random charge on my credit card from yeezy.com and I didn't purchase anything. Nobody is answering my emails.

Ordered over a month ago, no confirmation emails, no shipment or tracking, nothing. Just canceled my order. Don't waste your time

Does not accept exchanges or returns. Does not respond to customer service emails. Will NEVER buy from this company again.
