Dont Waste Your Money

The quality of a service provider is not only giving an excellent service but their reaction and support to when things go wrong. With that regard this service provider is literally the worst i have ever seen in any sector to date. Its not my first purchase either, ive been working with them for about 4 years now. When things get wrong they have a tendency to reply very very late in the past, but recently it changed to them saying yeah itll work wait and literally ignoring your questions of assistance. Its not a technical or a staff shortage either since they use telegram as a platform you literally know the moment they read your message and ignored your questions. so please anyone reading this dont reward bad customer care. this people are the worst host you can ever get dont waste your money pick literally any other host you find.

Hi, I sincerely apologize that your experience with our service has fallen short of your expectations, Emanuel. I appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration.

We value our long-term customers and are disappointed to hear your experience has deteriorated over the past four years. We take your comments about response times and lack of support very seriously and are investigating the issues you've raised, particularly on Telegram. While we use Telegram for some communication, we acknowledge it's not ideal for formal support requests as messages can get misplaced.

We are reviewing our support processes to identify where we've gone wrong and implement improvements. We want to assure you that ignoring customers is never our intention.

Regards
Ibrahim Ghazali

Amazing Hosting & Even Better Support!

Amazing Hosting and Even Better Support!

I’ve been using multiple services from Yegara, and honestly, they’ve been fantastic! The performance is solid, the uptime is reliable, and everything just works seamlessly.

What really stands out is their 24/7 support team—they’re always there when I need help, super friendly, and really know their stuff. It’s such a relief knowing I can rely on them anytime.

If you’re on the fence about hosting, I’d say go for Yegara. They’ve got me covered, and I couldn’t be happier!
