I was asked for a review of ifetch.
I provided the review but it was not posted on the yellow octopus website. I said I was disappointed in the product because after watching the video and following all the training instructions I could not get my dog to drop the ball into the device. Therefore it has been a waste of money for me and it was quite expensive.
This is not satisfactory.

I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a good buying experience with us.
I'm so sorry hear that the product did not meet your expectations. We list the size of our products to make sure it fits your needs, but understand it can be hard to visualise. We do have a 100 day returns policy and if you'd like to contact us at hello@yellowoctopus.com.au we'd be happy to arrange a return and refund for you.
