Great until you want to pay it off

I’m trading in my car (which is great because the jeep is not doing well) but my dealer can’t get a payoff amount! He’s going to sell my car abd the deal is done! You just need to tell him how much he needs to pay you! Very frustrating. I had great things to say about Yendo until this. It’s like you don’t want it paid off.
