Like a couple of other reviewers, I paid for Premium service and I got incorrect/incomplete information (they never bothered to look at my Oncotyping which certainly skewers the summary. When I pointed it out, I seem to have gotten an update but only to now say Chemo may not be beneficial. The. Summary report is full on irrelevant things (to my case) such as laying out lumpectomy options despite the fact that they know I’ve already had a dbl mastectomy. This service and the information they’ve provided is, thus far, inferior to the info I get when asking AI questions. Very disappointed but hoping to see some change. Having said all that, the doctor on the YouTube videos is excellent and she convinced me, just by the great info and details in her videos, to give the service a chance. I’m going to reach out to them again to see if the promised personalization will be forthcoming. Otherwise, I will want a refund as there is not a single bit of information I don’t already have.

I wholeheartedly recommend Yerbba to anyone who is unfortunately navigating the complexities of a breast cancer diagnosis. It can be so overwhelming and confusing to understand the medical jargon being thrown at you and - more importantly - understand what treatment options are available to you and why. Yerbba does a great job at giving personalized insights that are 100% tailored to you and your diagnosis, as well as distilling that information in a way that's easy to process and understand. It's a platform that's a great partner/sidekick for anyone navigating breast cancer.

Not personalized advice. I paid the premium subscription and they just kept giving generalized advice. After several attempts with questions to “health expert” and receiving what I could easily find on chat GPT, I decided to cancel.

I am very happy to write a wonderful review about this outstanding team! After my Breast Cancer Diagnosis, I was left with many options, many opinions and much confusion, and I am in the medical profession! It is a very confusing and scary time. I came across YERBBA on the you-tube channel and to my surprise I wanted more information about this group. I joined and the portal was so easy to use, very clear and precise. The ease of blending my medical records from different hospital resources was incredible and allowed the team to offer a very comprehensive view of my case and helped me immensely in determining my treatment journey. Following surgery YERBBA yet again came into play when it came time to meet with my local oncologist. I made an informed decision about my surgery and about my care. Amazing team, they helped every step of the way.
