My suggestion: it’s not sexy imo to have a tube proudly displaying ‘Virginal lubricant’ plastered across the front 🤷‍♀️ who wants to flag up that it might be needed to your sex partner, why not have that presented in a more discreet way, idk written virtually up the tube! Very poor customer service , very unreliable. Cancelled my order, no reason given . Very chaotic company.

The company’s response on trust pilot is totally inaccurate. They claimed the order was cancelled because of technical error and when asked to reschedule it , they declined. Even this reply is incorrect.
