This clinic was so unorganised. The waiting time between appointments in the clinic was close to 6 hours daily. They have only 3 people who speak English and not very well. The quality of work was unacceptable. When I challenged the results I was not greeted with a unprofessional response. I was charged €3000 for Zirconia crown which was not what they used. Horrendous experience. Do not attend this clinic. I attended in April 2nd 2026 and am on my way back to a new clinic for a remake .

İzmir’deki Yeşil Yurt Dental kliniğinde aldığım tedaviden çok memnun kaldım. İlk andan itibaren kendimi çok güvende ve rahat hissettim. Klinik çok temiz, modern ve ekip gerçekten çok profesyonel çalışıyor.

Özellikle Burcu Hanım’a çok teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Tedavi sürecimin başından sonuna kadar benimle çok güzel ilgilendi, her konuda yardımcı oldu ve her zaman ulaşılabilir oldu. Onun sayesinde bütün süreç çok rahat ve sorunsuz geçti.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We applied to İzmir Yeşilyurt Dental Clinic for a full mouth crown treatment for my wife, Yurdagül Ekiz. We were informed that all teeth would be made of zirconium, and based on this information, we paid €2,800. However, we later discovered that only the front teeth were zirconium, while the back teeth were made of a different material.
Additionally, we were told that her old crowns on the back teeth would be examined and therefore removed. However, the removed crowns were not returned to us.
The treatment process was completed on 31.10.2025. During the crown preparation, the teeth were not sufficiently and properly reduced. After the crowns were cemented, they had to be removed again, and during this process one of my wife’s back teeth was broken. Despite this, the clinic stated that this was not their fault and that it was normal, refusing to accept responsibility.
After the treatment was completed, my wife suffered from severe pain for approximately two months. When we returned to the Netherlands, we consulted another dentist who informed us that the crowns had not been properly done and that there were issues with the treatment.
When we contacted İzmir Yeşilyurt Dental again, they stated that they would not cover our flight tickets, only the hotel and transfer costs. However, when we traveled to İzmir, we realized that many of the promises and statements they had made were not accurate. Furthermore, the behavior and attitude of the staff were quite rude.
As a result of all these events, we have suffered both financially and emotionally. We are extremely disappointed due to the misinformation, the broken tooth during treatment, the prolonged pain, and the cracked zirconium crown.
Our treatment record number is ABS202000001126. We request that the responsibility for the faulty treatment be acknowledged, that the necessary corrections be carried out carefully and professionally, and that our financial loss be compensated.

Caly proces leczenia, zabieg wszczepienia 12 implantow odbyl sie bez zadnych komplikacji, po miesiacu od powrotu z kliniki mialam juz calkiem wygojone dziasla, a druga wizyta odbyla sie rowniez gladko. Bardzo fajni koordynatorzy, doswiadczeni lekarze, klinika wyposazona, ladna i bez zastrzezen. Naprawde polecam.

I was a patient of this clinic, just got back after my second visit and I am more than happy. I have fixed teeth and a beautiful smile. The whole treatment, surgery (12 implants) went with no complications. My gums were completely healed after a month from the implants surgery, the second visit went smooth as well. Lovely, caring staff, experience doctors, very well equipped clinic, clean and very nice. I truly recommend.

Clinica mi-a asigurat pe perioada tratamentului un hotel ireproșabil.

Service was great from start to finish had implants done was very nervous about coming but really happy with everything no extras when I got there fixed price batu was excellent all the way through as my translater and coordinator recommend 100 percent make sure batu looks after everything can't recommend enough

I came to this company as I had work done at another dentist they had made a mess. They were good enough to take me on and rectify the work and get m ready for the next stage. I can't wait to be back in January for the finals.

Abu was absolutely wonderful, he helped and guided me through the process.

I took my time choosing the best treatment and I affordability my journey started in Cardiff where I met a team of wonderful people. They helped me f, understand the procedure and everything was explained to me in great detail. I was fortunate to meet the boss and now I’ve had photos taken with him in Turkey six months later it’s been a journey at sometimes painful but I can eat again. I so look forward to the rest of my life with beautiful teeth. Für ästhetisch ansprechenden und handwerklich gut gearbeiteten Zahnersatz nicht wirklich empfehlenswert.
Vorher hatte ich einen überwiesen, der mich nicht gestört hatte. Jetzt fast ein Unterbiss, der extrem stört.
Auf je 6 Implantaten wurden oben und unten fester Zahnersatz gefertigt.
Das hauseigene Labor arbeitet mal gut, mal schlecht.
Leider keine gleichbleibende Ästhetik/Funktion
Ich habe mir die Arbeiten von allen Patienten die die 14 Tage, die ich vor Ort war, angesehen.
Einige waren echt toll, andere eine Katastrophe. Roulette Spiel.
Meine sind leider eine Katastrophe.
Oben passt weder die Farbe des Zahnfleischs, noch schaut es ansprechend aus.
Unten gibt es einen immensen Vorsprung, da die Zähne nach aussen versetzt wurden. Innen wäre noch Platz gewesen um das gleichmäßig zu gestalten.
Sowohl oben als auch unten befinden sich viele "taschen" etwas, was wir eigentlich nicht gebrauchen könnten, da es viel Raum für Infektionen bietet.
Ich bin jetzt 5 Tage zurück, war 3 mal beim Zahnarzt um 3 verschiedene abmessen öffnen zu lassen. Gefühlt kommt jedes mal ein halber Liter Eiter raus.
Die Kommunikation, zwecks Optik der Zähne findet auch nicht wirklich statt. Ich habe zwar explizit gesagt, dass ich keine optisch perfekten Zähne wünsche und sie gerne etwas unregelmäßig sein sollten, aber auch darauf wurde nicht eingegangen.
Gefertigt wurden Zähne, die vorne bonbon rund waren (wurde wiederwillig auf mein Drängen etwas verändert . Und hinten wie Kaugummi aussehen. Keine Rillen, nichts. Spiegelglatt. Die Zahnoberseien sind einfach auch nur glatt. Keine Fissuren, Optik auch wie Kaugummi .
Die Taschen sind ziemlich tief, da drückt sich beim Essen alles rein, was ziemlich weh tut beim kauen. Habe ich noch vor Ort angemerkt. Mündliche würde dann empfohlen. Müsste ich während des Essens nach jedem dritten bissen machen um die Taschen zu entleeren.
Als Goldschmied, mit vielen gleichen Arbeitsabläufen, wie Dentallabore, würde ich sagen, die Zähne würden extrem lieblos gefertigt , ohne Rücksicht auf Optik und Funktion.
Schade, viel Geld für schlechte Arbeit erarbeitet und ausgegeben.
Kann ich diese Klinik empfehlen? JaNein!
Ich habe 2 wirklich tolle Arbeiten gesehen, viele mittelmäßige, aber auch einige sehr schlechte.
Ich selber würde nie wieder hingehen. Herzhaft lachen würde ich mit dieser Kauleiste uch nie wieder. Ein Gebiss für ein Bruchteil des Geldes wäre ästhetisch ansprechender gewesen.
Die Brücke über 9 Zähne, die ich vorher im Unterkiefer hatte, war definitiv passgenaue und optisch ansprechender

Ich habe bei Yeşilyurt Dental eine umfangreiche Zahnbehandlung durchführen lassen und bin insgesamt sehr unzufrieden. Die Organisation war unprofessionell: Trotz fester Termine musste ich mehrfach stundenlang warten, und die Behandlung wurde ohne ausreichende Vorbereitung und Kontrolle auf den letzten Drücker abgeschlossen.

Die Hygienestandards waren besorgniserregend – unter anderem fielen Schrauben auf den Boden und wurden ohne ordnungsgemäße Desinfektion weiterverwendet. Auch der Umgang mit Handschuhen und Instrumenten war alles andere als medizinisch sauber.

Bereits wenige Tage nach meiner Rückkehr zeigten sich schwere Komplikationen. Laut ärztlicher Einschätzung waren diese eindeutig auf unsachgemäße Arbeit und fehlerhafte Abdrucknahmen zurückzuführen. Eine Reaktion oder Unterstützung seitens der Klinik blieb vollständig aus – keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen, keine Verantwortungsübernahme.

Da mir erheblicher Schaden entstanden ist, lasse ich den Fall nun rechtlich prüfen.

Ich kann diese Klinik aus meiner eigenen Erfahrung nicht empfehlen und rate allen, sich eine Behandlung dort sehr gut und mehrfach zu überlegen.
