Absolutely love the books! Very pedagogic and helpful, and they have worked wonders for my handwriting when it comes to hiragana and katakana! They also have a YouTube channel where George - one of the writers - teaches the grammar for free. He is an amazing guy! One of the best teachers I've ever had!

First class service, books are great, website superb and similar to the book, which other course lets you have the course material, teaching aid online, fantastic customer support and a tutor who teaches in a relaxed way. Live sessions are available too.
I have had to email for support and I have always received a prompt response that resolves my problem in the first instance.
I huge thanks to YesJapan and I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn AND study Japanese
I purchased a book from this site a few years ago. They contacted me, that the item is out of stock and offered to ship me a different cheaper book instead. They said, that they will also send me the correct book as soon as it is available again. So I agreed that they can send me a cheaper book now and I was looking forward to receive the other book later. This happened years ago and they never shipped me the book, which I ordered.

Sorry to see this so late! From Zero, LLC, doesn't directly ship books, our own, or even other books.
I believe you might have ordered from a third party vendor, commonly offering cheaper prices on Amazon, and got the runaround. They probably didn't actually have our book despite offering it, but still wanted the sale. We actually don't have other books to offer and as I said we don't EVER ship books from our own facilities. This is unfortunately what some untrustworthy vendors do... I would LOVE to improve your experience though! If you don't mind sending me a copy of your receipt from the store you ordered I would eat the cost and send you the book you actually ordered. Hopefully my response isn't too late!
