Cable ordered online wasn't delivered to store
Ordered 2x 30m drums of cable online to be delivered to the local branch. On the day I requested, I called before driving there and was told they didn't have any. Was called back 5 mins later to tell me they did have a 100m drum that they could cut 60m off. I drove there and was told it would be 60m loose, so I was talked into taking the whole 100m.
What's the point in ordering online and showing warehouse stock if it doesn't get sent? Apparently stores are only stock if they can't fulfill it from what they already have.
