Yeti has a great warranty program in place. However I have had to file for a warranty replacement 3 times for the same issue; the DuraCoat peeling. Correcting this issue is highly recommended. Thank you.

Yeti customer service was awesome! I got a response the same day I filed a warranty claim. The entire process was finished in under 2 weeks! I was expecting a denial. Not only do their tumblers keep my drinks ice cold, but they knocked it out of the park with their customer service and standing by their warranty guarantee. They won me over for life! Money well spent! Thanks Yeti!

I was shipped the wrong mug again
I was shipped the wrong mug again. I returned my mug in Feb and was shipped the wrong replacement in March. Then a replacement lid was shipped. It leaked, so I needed to ship everything back and continue to wait. The next replacement showed up yesterday and guess whatâŠit was wrong again. Iâm currently waiting for a response but itâs totally ridiculous that it can take this long to get a replacement mug - itâs been over 2 months now and the issue isnât resolved. Iâm sure Yeti has spent more on shipping than the actual value of the mugs. Itâs also frustrating that I need to ship the âwrongâ mugs back before yeti will ship me a replacement mug - naturally this adds a substantial amount of time. I can appreciate that theft can occur but put a hold on my credit card if yeti is concerned that a customer is going to rip them off for $50. I really donât understand the logic of following that process when yeti is the one shipping the wrong product. So disappointed in yeti.
