Bad service and wrong charges. no refund
Bad service and wrong charges with no refund. The technical support does not respond and the money is not returned.
I am a registered user for 5 years and the service has become very bad. I want to cancel but they do not return the money, I have two tickets open and they still do not respond. The owner or CEO is Patrick Van Acker but also his attention is bad.

POOR CSR
Sent them a couple of emails regarding our blasts that we are getting 0 replies & 0 reports. No REPLY up to now. this has been going on for a week now. No number to call them to check. We've been one of their loyal customers for 5 years now. Paying them thousands of bucks for subscriptions.
Filing for a chargeback but to no avail
LAME and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible customer service; service doesnt even work
Barely existant and sarcastic customer service support staff when they do reply it's ridiculously late the last reply I got from them was a smartaleck response and nothing in the last 24 hours I pay for the service and I'm livid

Opzeggen = doorbetalen
We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de diensten van YMLP a €45 per maand. We wilden de diensten opzeggen en hebben per mail bevestiging gevraagd EN ontvangen dat de service per direct stop werd gezet. Goed geregeld denk je dan. Tot je enkele maanden later je creditcard afschriften goed bekijkt en ziet dat YMLP nog netjes elke maand €45 in rekening brengt.
Als je ze hierop aanspreekt, dan wordt er opeens niet meer gereageerd op mail!
Bedankt voor jullie fantastische service YMLP.com!
