The perfume is very good
The perfume is very good. I ordered it for the first time, and the delivery was very fast. They left the parcel in a cardboard box in a safe place.
The second time I ordered, I couldn’t receive my parcel because they attempted delivery twice but didn’t leave it in a safe place. In the end, I never received the item and had to cancel the order. The delivery service is very poor. I do not recommend it.

Thank you for your message. We completely understand your concerns and appreciate your comments.
We work exclusively with DPD to ensure our parcels are delivered within 48h. If DPD is unable to deliver your parcel for any reason, we're more than happy to either resend your order or issue a full refund. However, the decision to leave a parcel in a safe place when no one is home is made by DPD and is at the driver's discretion, based on the delivery instructions and whether they consider the location secure.
As we can see, we resent your order, and this also wasn't delivered, and thus at your request we have requested a refund which should be with you within the next few days, if it hasn't arrived already.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We really appreciate it and are committed to helping you as quickly as possible.
