I have used this service unintentionally with various accounting programs over many years. I highly recommending using something else wherever you can. The connection to the bank continuously drops off, there are transactions that don't come through and then there are duplications (or more) You would think this would have improved by now, but obviously they are not interested in presenting a good service or product as they are most likely paid by the programs using them. Go with Open banking or Direct Feeds where you can

I've been extremely disappointed with Yodlee's service. It has failed to link Resimac accounts, and this issue has remained unresolved for weeks. This makes any app relying on Yodlee completely useless for managing finances. Customer support has been unhelpful, offering no clear timeline or solution. If you're looking for a reliable financial data aggregator, look elsewhere.

I've been struggling to refresh bank feeds for over 2 weeks and no resolution have been found!!! They just blame it on the bank instead of looking for a resolution.

Envestnet | Yodlee service to verify bank account is quick process to validate account but it is not thrust worthy.
I recently gave necessary access to one of my bank account and completed one transaction between banks. After few day there is an unauthorized withdrawal transaction occurred for which I have to close that bank account.
Yodlee is not all safe. Either they sell the data or there is a data leak in their software service.

I feel pity for our account managers for having to peddle a mostly broken product.
We find that Yodlee online accounts break more often than they work, and the support for broken accounts takes an average of six weeks - during which you will frustrate your clients by asking them to repeat the same action time and again with no success.

The majority of tickets that have closed with Yodlee support are because the end user has given up responding.

A company escaped from India, in which I suffered a lot

Yodlee, if your a big dog and they can also profit from your relationship then you're in good with them. But if you a small customer the don't expect any customer service support.

Company has the worst integration on the planet. Also the worst customer service on the planet

There are thousands of companies waiting for a simple implementation from Yodlee, but they have decided to ignore their smaller customers, no doubt for the greater rewards that come from their corporate customers. Guided here, to the so-called 'Service Request' page:

If, in desperation, we click the links to their apps, we find they are, 'Not available in the US store.
OK, any business has a right to go and pursue the big money - but if Envestnet is simply going to dump its consumer market, surely we can at least expect an honest announcement to that effect, so that we can start looking for someone else who might provide a service?
