Luke is a wonderful teacher, I really love his workshops and videos, take a lot from him to my students.

Luke's transformation course was superb, both in the discussions of what yoga transformation means in our daily lives and in the breathing and yoga sessions that accompanied them. Luke is high among my favorite instructors at Yoga International, and this course raised to a new level my appreciation of him as a teacher.

Luke gave clear, concise direction in the Yoga classes. I was able to be present and grounded in the experience.

Very paced and a variety of content

In Dr Arielle's Trauma informed yoga course she lays out the foundations of where trauma resides in our bodies and especially brings attention to polyvagal theory.
She combines lectures on the theory and ways to work with one's trauma with videos of her modeling yoga practice that is gentle and mindful of breathing and various poses, or as she calls them, shapes to support one's body wisdom. It was a good course for those who need/want to learn about trauma-informed yoga.

This platform has helped me build a consistent daily personal practice and significantly improve my teaching skills. I am deeply grateful for the quality, depth, and inspiration it offers, and for the generosity and wisdom of the teachers who share their knowledge through this platform. Many blessings!

Dr. Schwartz's warm presence, combined with her obvious knowledge and skill made this course EXCELLENT. I enjoyed every single thing about it and came away wanting more of this topic and more of this teacher. This is the best course I've taken in a long while.

I love the variety of instructors and different yoga disciplines offered for classes and articles. It greatly expanded my practice. I also like that it's a place where I can buy a course to get CEUs for Yoga Alliance. I use it almost daily when I don't want to practice by myself or I'm in a hurry and the practices I have put together will take to long for my schedule that day.
My only criticism is the tech for the site is a bit wonky. Sometimes the videos don't load and the page needs to be refreshed, occasionally more than once.

I've been using Yoga International for a while, and it's been a really good experience. The classes are well-structured, the instructors explain everything clearly, and there's a lot of variety for different levels.
It's easy to follow at your own pace, and the platform works smoothly. Definitely a helpful resource for practicing at home.

Amazing teachers and huge variety of classes. You always find the right class for the mood you’re in. I love it!

The countdown timer in their emails keeps resetting-it feels pushy and makes the company seem desperate.

The teachers are great, the format is easy to follow, and the selections are many and applicable.

I continue to learn through the classes that are offered. In my own time I can slowly work my way up to level 2 or 3. So many great teachers who all offer different things in a different way. I get inspiration and ideas for my own classes. Online classes works for me as I live remote. I don't think I will ever get to the point of getting bored. I love Yin yoga and that is perhaps the only thing where I sometimes look for a new class, new teacher, new approach. I am still very happy with the yin classes but find myself often repeating old classes. Still experiencing and learning by repetition but less choice.
