Absolute dirty scammers ordered box food £9/95 didn’t receive it and they took another £39:45 without my permission,got onto my bank as soon as I noticed this stopped my card so they couldn’t take anymore and fraud are fighting my case to get my money back

Yogaplayer.com are a disgusting bunch of scamming thieves. Like so many others, I fell for the Boots Elemis Box offer for £9.95. Should have known better. Of course no box arrived but they took the £9.95 plus another £39.47. No idea why they did that. THEY ARE SCUM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I would like to give a rating of no stars! I followed a Facebook link to buy an M & S hamper for £9.95 and free delivery! I wish I had read all these reviews before I did it, but thought it was M & S and didn't realise it was yogaplayer until I saw the charge on my card! I contacted them the next day and they said as it was within 3 days they would cancel my subscription and there would be no more payments! I pointed out that I hadn't agreed to any subscriptions!! I have since been messaging asking for a refund of my £9.95 as they are not giving me any goods! To no avail they have just commented that no more payments will be taken! They are thieves!!!!! 🤬

COMPLETE SCAM. ENTERED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A DRAW FOR SCREWFIX PAID £9.95 ON CREDIT CARD. THEN A CHARGE WAS REQUESTED FOR £39.47 ON MY CREDIT CARD A FEW DAYS LATER?????? BANK DECLINED IT AS IT LOOK SUSPICIOUS. PHONE THE BANK AND THEY AGREED TO BLOCK MY CREDIT CARD SO THEY COULDNT TAKE ANY MORE PAYMENTS. CONTACTED YOGAPLAYER.COM VIA CHATLINE AND THEY CONFIRMED MY SUBSCRIPTION WAS CANCELLED ??? DIDNT KNOW I HAD SUBSCRIBED TO ANYTHING ? ASKED ABOUT A REFUND OF £9.95 WHICH THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED. HOPEFULLY MY BANK WILL STOP THIS PAYMENT GOING THROUGH ALSO. BIG SCAM!!!!! YOU FEEL A RIGHT IDIOT WHEN YOU REALISE HOW EASY IT WAS FOR THEM TO SCAM YOU. BANKS ARE TIED AND THEY TELL YOU TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION - I ALSO BLOCKED MY CREDIT CARD JUST IN CASE THEY WILL TRY AGAIN... SCUMBAGS!!!!!

SCAM Don't pay them. Stole $80 from my account

A scam company I was looking on a local beach web cam and as far as I was aware I was on this site, it then requested a £0.00 payment, so I authorised,immediately after it then said would be paying a monthly fee of £49!!, at no time was there information to say I would agree to a monthly fee and the cost is ridiculous as this is a free service, my bank flagged the £0.00 as possible fraud and I rang and explained and immediately cancelled the card, I also emailed their support email, which I know they received, as got a return email saying a case number etc, I explained that I this was a scam, I at no time had agreed to make a monthly fee, their website was intentionally misleading and I had not agreed to any terms and conditions etc, today they attempted to take the £49 paying which my bank refused, I am sadly some people have lost money, I hope they can sleep at night.

I would give '0' star if possible.
SCAM total SCAM.
Luckily I blocked my card so only lost 99p. Took me a while to find out who they were to request cancelling a subscription I was tricked into purchasing.

Absolute scam.
I paid the £9.95 for what I thought was coming from Boots, unfortunately didn't notice it wasn't Boots until I'd just hit the confirm button.
Now they've taken £39.47. I've contacted Bank and Yogaplayer directly. Yogaplayer say my "subscription" ( which I didn't set up) has now been closed and they will take " no further payments ". I sincerely hope so!!. No sign of them refunding what has already been taken.

This domain was hiding their URL behind an item for sale in eBay, then took £9.95 and two amounts of £39.47 from my account. Evil scammers!

Absolute scum and scam. No way of contacting them they dont actually exist, I was lucky got sucked in but within minutes see the scam. I blocked my card so no payment made I really hope they take legal action that would be fun

If there was a minus star I would have used that! This company does not deliver, this is a SCAM do not use!!! Freeze your cards contact your customer service and block further access to these undesirable company! They are not who they say they are !!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID LOWEST OF THE LOW !!!

I have been scammed too on June 17th. They have taken £39.47 from my bank account. I don’t know what to do.

SCAM, FRAUD, I saw the ad on Facebook, it did not say anywhere you had to subscribe to it or for you to loose money :/ I contacted my bank and they said we need to tell the Police as it is technically FRAUD/SCAM. am hoping to get my money back, never received anything from the company

I responded to Facebook advert for a Fortnums and Mason food hamper. Paid 9.95 then Yogaplayer takes 39.47 out of my account. I have had to cancel debit card. This is a Facebook scam. Don't fall for it
