Ho preso parte alla “Culinary Yoga Retreat” dedicata alla cucina vegana e posso dire di non aver mai mangiato così bene in vita mia! 😍 Inoltre, Vera ha saputo trasmettermi la sua passione per lo yoga e le sue lezioni, sempre diverse e stimolanti, mi hanno permesso di avvicinarmi ancor di più a questa affascinante filosofia. L’accoglienza e la disponibilità di Nicole sono state impeccabili. Non avrei potuto desiderare di meglio. Consigliatissimo! 😉

Amazing yoga retreat
Amazing yoga retreat, will definitely repeat again!!
Everybody was so friendly and the chiefs gave us the best culinary experience. Also the yoga classes were very good, we focused a lot on breathing and movements.
Highly recommended!! :)

Es war ein perfekter Urlaub
Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Man kann in Casa Erica die Seele baumeln lassen und bekommt grandioses Essen. Dazu kommen noch anspruchsvollen Yogastunden, die mit viel Liebe gestaltet werden. Danke für diese schöne Erfahrung und das liebe Team.

Ich hatte eine fantastischen Zeit im Yoga Spirit circle. Das Essen war super lecker, die Organisation perfekt. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen an einem Retreat teilzunehmen. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit!

Vacation for soul and body
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Erica full of joy, relaxation, beautyfull nature, amazing food and lovely people.
The stuff was so nice and welcoming and they really did everything to make us a pleasant stay.
Highly recommended, thanks again to the whole team! :-)

My favorite Retreat Experience So Far !
Really lovely retreat, it wont be my last time! Great choice of teacher and an AMAZING location. It was a great mix of yoga, free time and some light activities.
There was even two in-house chefs cooking incredibly delicious fully vegan food for us 3x a day.
I also think the price is fair for the extreme quality that you get.
