I have been practicing yoga with Preethi since the beginning of 2024. She really cares about the wellbeing of her students. She will motivate you to push harder, but won’t allow you to hurt yourself. I leave class feeling lighter and ready to take on the world! I am grateful and privileged to be her student.

I’ve been practicing yoga for a long time, but this was my first time taking the TTC 200 course, so I felt quite nervous at first.
She guided me with such calm and steady support from the very beginning.
I took both the online and offline sessions, and I was fully satisfied with both.
She genuinely cares for her students, which truly motivates me to practice harder.
I look forward to continuing my journey and taking the next course with her.

I have been practicing yoga with Preethi for over a year. I also did my 200hrs yoga teacher training with her. She is VERY knowledgeable ! She has a very deep understanding of the human body and how everything is linked and working togheter as a whole.

Preethi will always have a stretching or a way to adapt your body/pose if you have pain or an injury. I felt she had more knowledge than a physiotherapist when it comes to recovery and healing.

I have been attending Preethi’s online classes for about 2 years now. Preethi is very knowledgeable and approachable. Preethi is very patient, she will challenge you as well as provide modifications to meet you at where you are. I highly recommend Yoga Varna for yoga teacher training.

Finished a Prenatal and postpartum yoga TTC with Preethi. Very well constructed course and she taught well. She is well versed in the concepts. Highly recommended for TTC as well as classes.
