Physical and mental well-being

I am extremely glad to be a part of her group. She works well with my body and made me achieved advance yoga techniques and have always improver my physical flexibility and mental stability. I would always recommend you all to join and feel the experience. She doesn't just teach but make you grow with it

Proof of the pudding lies in the eating

Reetu is a thorough professional yoga instructor deeply committed to her work. She is a pleasure to work with and innately understand the yoga exercise regime one needs to follow based on one’s body’s ability to cope and adapt. For someone like me who has never done yoga before, my experience of yoga through Reetu has been truly remarkable one and I have begun to enjoy the experience. She is patient and yet slowly nudges us to explore our limits while doing yoga. Her consistency and commitment is remarkable. She gives me feedback on my areas of concern and how to improve. I have immensely benefitted, more particularly, having undergone a serious medical issue. She has a very holistic approach both towards body and mind and is not just a mechanical way of teaching yoga. I would definitely recommend Yogreetu to anyone considering taking up yoga.

True Yog

Reetu is a very mature practitioner and healer with in depth knowledge and passion for what she is doing. She can catch even the slightest change of mood, personality and asana movements online. Practising breath work and yoga with Reetu promises fun, healing and fitness. Thank You Reetu.

My sister suggested her name as I was


My sister suggested her name as I was looking for a yoga classes.First I was in dilemma whether I should go for online classes as I am staying in Mumbai but believe me I really enjoy her each class because everyday it is a new series of asanas.It has been a month but till date no repetition.
It is her smile, energy and always a lot of variations through out the session that keeps my enthusiasm at higher level.

A wholesome experience. Worth your time

Yogreetu makes fitness a whole of body and mind experience. I have never felt fitter in my whole life and the yoga is enabling me to live a better life. I take classes online from London and it is better than all the in person classes I have taken over the years.
