I ordered a Mystery box from Yokai on 08/30/2023. I have been greatly anticipating its arrival for almost an entire month, but i have yet to see anything. I am concerned about their reliability.

**UPDATE 10/1** it has now been a full month and still no tracking number. “Small business” or not the customer service has turned to garbage (wanna use another word but worried it will get my review taken down). They are now not returning my emails about any updates on my order. This is ridiculous and they should not be allowed to take my money without the option of a refund for terrible service. I probably could have went to another “Small business” website similar to this one and gotten my shorts already (at the very least a tracking number) if I was able to get a refund.

Finally got the tracking number almost 2 months later. Remember I paid for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is 3-5 business days. But even after paying for the faster shipping and the all the emails promising how they were expediting my order, it has been 6 days and my order still isn’t out for delivery. It is still in California (I live in Arizona) so that means it will take another day or 2 to get here. I’m sure the owner of this “business” was being petty about the emails demanding accountability. Because the same issue as to why my order was delayed in manufacturing, my order has been further delayed because of the actual shipping method used, they decided to ship my order during the holidays. Not only did they not use the shipping method I paid for but shipped it out conveniently around another holiday. I’m saying this because in my last direct email to their “customer service” I cursed them out and I haven’t received any communication except their automated (assuming) about reviewing their service and product, even though I haven’t received the product yet. I bought the bundle for more money, then paid for extra fast shipping, and it has been more than 3-5 business days. They have terrible business practices and I will definitely not be shopping with them again. I don’t even care how good these shorts and shirt may be…this “business” is being handled terribly. Would give a 0 stars if possible.

Do not order express shipping from this company. If they are backed up and can’t get it out to you in time. They will not refund your money or express shipping. Will side step the questions you ask or just send you a link as an answer. Received my email saying the order is on it’s way and it wasn’t. There was no notification that they were behind. So they will take the money you paid for express shipping, pocket it, and then say they will now tell their team to expedite your order. But don’t specify how they will do that although you have already paid for your order to be expedited. So you will not get a any remedy besides them doing what you already paid for. Will not be ordering from them again. They will also not send out any notice that they have fallen behind and will expect you to just wait to get your products. No matter the timeline and what method of delivery you paid for. Also now I have not received an answer to my last email about what they were gonna “expedite”, the shipping or manufacturing process. No matter the quality of the product. Due to the quality of service I have decided not to purchase any products here again.

Best anime shorts ever!! Quality and designs are absolutely insane! They are definitely worth it!

It took over a month to recieve but the shorts are amazing!!

The overall design shorts are cool and the fitment. But the shipping was long.

If your prepared for the long wait time, they have great products. I got there large box which came with 6 pants, 1 tshirt and a water bottle. I was surprised at the quality of all the items and will probably get another box eventually.

Great shorts, awesome quality. I ordered one pair to try them out, and I liked them so much I ordered four more (mystery box). 10/10 would recommend 👌🏾

I can see why it took so long (about 3-4 weeks) for my order to be shipped. The shorts I ordered are high quality. They passed my deadlift and squat tests. If you're a week who lifts like me, and you're not in a big hurry to get new shorts, I recommend Yokai State.

I never received my order!! I ordered back at August 1st it’s now august 21st and still no tracking number or anything. If I knew I had to wait a month for my order I would of went to Amazon!

BEST anime and gym clothes ever! Makes the wait and money WORTH it by a mile. Super soft, super comfortable, amazing designed and carefully hand crafted clothes. Love them and will definitely be buying again! The costumer service is nice, patient, and responds in a reasonable time. Overall best product ever! If you are a big anime fan and go to the gym, this is definitely the brand to get. I never shop online especially with instagram reels. But this is legit and amazing!

Easily some of the most comfortable shorts that I’ve ever worn at the gym. Super lightweight with tons of pocket space. They come down right above those quad muscles. I am a female with a slightly curvy build but man these fit tremendously right. Great stuff.
