I am extremely disappointed with YonoGames. My deposit has not been credited to my account even after several days. I contacted customer support multiple times, but all I received were repeated automated responses with no real solution. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I trusted this platform with my money, but instead of getting proper service, my funds are stuck and I have also suffered losses. There is no clear explanation, no proper update, and no accountability from the support team. Every time they say they are “checking,” but nothing actually gets resolved.
Holding users’ money without resolving the issue is very irresponsible. If your system cannot handle deposits properly, you should not be accepting payments from users. This has caused me financial stress and frustration.
I strongly advise others to think twice before using this app, especially if you care about your money and security. Until my issue is fully resolved and my deposit is credited, I will not change this rating.

Out of all yono games this one is is number one when it comes to fraud, my vip level is 7 now but I still haven't my bank account verified because not even a single time I won anything and I stayed on a single game (crypt) but even after 40-50k loss I still haven't won a single penny back, the game is a absolute scam and wining rate is zero, I thought I was the one who's unlucky but then after seeing others people's review I then come to believe that it's a fraud cuz they all having the same problem only loss never win..
