SCAM. simpe as. took my cash. have never provided a sitter. keptaking cash cs they have my card details. cnat cancel. stuckin 7th circleof hell
This is a scam app. You can’t reply or send message without paying 36 euro subscription fee a month. I tried to contact to support to request to delete my account, and even then it says come back tomorrow. Stay away.

What a terrible company. All flowers and stars when you need to signup but then.. unless you pay either £20 a month (like what?!?) subscription, you can’t do anything. I mean, air tasker is free, task rabbit is free, rover is free, why then should I give you literally a monthly kidney ?
You are a fraud and you belong in prison, in one of those you need to pay £20 a day to stay though.
Yoopies, blocked me for leaving a review of my genuine truth about my experience with them on trustpilot! They had sent me an email, asking me not to put reviews on trustpilot, & only send them emails if I have a problem! For 2 weeks all I wanted was to connect with the person I had found on their sight, named Márcie-G 31 years old, which I thought it was the best match for whom I wanted to hire, but my messages did not go through! I then told them about the problem, but every time I got an answer it ended up in dead end! They would send me odd persons that didn’t match at all for what I was looking for! In short they just sent me to run in a circle ending up with nothing! I never heard a person’s voice which was my way to ask to make an appointment for a interview by phone! They said that if I signed up for premium, then I would be able to contact as many people but that was a lie too!
I thought maybe these job applicants didn’t exist or if they did, we were being blocked from communicating with one another
because they didn’t want people to get matched & be gone & membership dues would stop! Therefore, to make more money, they lure applicants in, with false advertisement by promising TRUST & EASY access to as many applicants to find the best match, but then the
games starts & it goes on & on & you end up with NOTHING! The only explanation that I came up with is that they prolong the process for as long as possible to gain PRIME MEMBERSHIP dues & either people like me get fed up & catch on the falsehood of this business & start complaining & writing reviews, as many have done which has brought Yoopies ratings to 61% unsatisfactory with 1or 2 star rating! If this happened in America, & as many complaints there are, they wouldn’t be in business anymore! They need to be stopped for not delivering what they promise! There is ZERO EASY ACESS!

This site is an utter scam and is utterly not worth your time. You can’t even respond to messages without paying £30 for a month’s “subscription.” Takes the P.
EDIT: To add additional context that Yoopies would obviously omit in their response to this review: I was prompted to pay £30 to send my first ever reply to someone on the site. There is no technical issue with the site - their business model is simply extortion.

Avoid this company!
They take money from accounts even tho subscription cancelled. No customer service whatsoever. Still no refund or confirmation of cancellation.
Shame on you. Didn't ever get any replys from the sitters advertised. Total waste of time and money 😞

This company is a complete scam. We contacted dozens of profiles that were shown to have been online days ago but we only received a couple of automated email rejections. I would not be surprised if these accounts turned out to be all fakes. In addition, we were charged for an extra month even after we cancelled our subscription.

I used to like this service... but now it doesn't have enough cleaners available, so the service just wasn't fit for purpose anymore. Wasted a lot of time.

Pretty funny that I come on this site and see employees of Yoopies trying to defend the company left and right from customers who clearly have been receiving subscription charges without their consent, have lost tons of money stored on the site, and have (unsurprisingly) had a lot of difficulty handling these issues with the Yoopies.
You know what? I have had the exact same experience! What a coincidence. I tried using their service from France when I traveled there as a tourist and sought a few evenings of child care for our children. Turns out that if you are not a French resident, you can't legally hire child care through Yoopies. It's pretty difficult to discern that. It's not written anywhere in the Terms of use.
This entire company is so absurdly incompetent, they can't even respond with maturity to an email about my frustrations. I got some French guy emailing me back on a Monday morning indirectly whining about his emotional frustration with having to work for this horrible company by writing a few grumpy sentences that completely disregarded everything I said and followed with copy/pasting a conventional response about how to cancel my subscription within my account page.
Stay clear away from this company, in any country. They clearly do not care at all about their customers, nor do they wish to provide important information to prospective customers either.

I raised a concern about that, they haven't answered mmm. Also I'm quite baffled, never thought a carer website could have an average rating of 1.7 ish. That's not normal whatsoever
terrible experience. They have been charging me every month even though I didn't suscribe for a monthly membership. I have been trying by all means to stop this, I wrote them, nobody replied. There are no phone number. My bank said I should create a new credit card so that I am no longer scammed.

charging both job applicants and job holders! With a market full of respected business models that charge applicants for available jobs, this is a very poor business model that will never have customers. Thank God they're not the only ones in the market, or else it will be a disaster! They must be insane to receive an application for £60!
OMG what a scam. If you cancel your account they take all your money currently in your account balance. There is no option to get it back. But then if you keep it active they keep charging you. No win situation. Also, they do not warn you that they are about to direct debit your account. I've lost almost 100 GBP with these people...Stay far AWAY!
EDIT: So the merchant is now claiming that they do not know how I arrived at 100 GBP. Let's see - on August 26th I was charged 60 GBP. Again on November 26th I was charged 60 GBP for a total of 120 GBP. For these payments I was able to initiate email contact with 2 potential nannies. Of these 2, I invited 1 for a test session of 2 hours for which I paid her 27 GBP. (After the test session I found the person to be not suitable, although generally a sweet person she is not able to provide what we need). So for 120 GBP, I was able to write 2 emails and pay one nanny 27 GBP. Seems like a legit "premium" service - you all should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Also they claim that it is clear on their website that it will be auto renewed but not so. The disclaimer is in light grey colored font below the payment in a very obscure manner and AGAIN they do not send you any email notification that your membership will auto renew or that they plan to charge you again.

I went to Yoopies to find an afterschool nanny. I paid what I thought was £29 for 1 month. There was a lot of interest for my advert. I only used Yoopies for 2 weeks and paused my ad. My surprise came when I got charged for another month. I had seriously thought that I only paid for 1 month of service (which was what I needed) and not more. I also found it rather difficult to find on the site where to cancel the subscription I didn't know I had made. I contacted Yoopie who came back to me very quickly. They were helpful and refunded me for the month I had involuntarily subscribed to. My only comment is that it should be clearer if you enter a monthly subscription or not and make it clearer where on the website to cancel it. A good service overall.

This whole thing has been made worse by the slow (like being ignored for days on end) customer service agent, who offers absolutely no help.
So basically the app is not only useless as a payment gateway but the subscription model is a scam.
Extremely disappointing service!
Automatic renewal of payment, without notification... Suddenly, even if we used the service for 1 month, we end up paying 3 months of subscription for nothing more and our refund request is rejected.
Cannot contact service from the interface either - email customer support just copy/pasting!

Le site n'arrête pas de nous dire qu'il faut faire vérifier son profil; mais comme je le craignais faire vérifier son profile implique de payer pour un abonnement prémium dont il semble impossible de se sortir (je remercie d'ailleurs tous les gens sur tripadvisor prévenant de ce fait j'ai faillit me faire avoir également).
Passez votre chemin à moins d'accepter de payer 25 euros mensuellement.
(je ne manquerait pas de modifier cet avis si les choses devaient évoluer bien entendu).
