Once we pinpointed the issue, I was provided with precise instructions on how to correct the settings on the machine. I found the technical support to be stellar even considering the laser was purchased second hand. I will be recommending Yorahome to all who ask what I am using. I recently upgrated to an 80w laser with a 32 bit control panel. I was able to install everything easily after watching the videos provided on YoraHomes Home page.
My challenge came when I thought that I needed to install an upgrade for the computer.

I started a chat because I had ordered a new laser diode to upgrade my 6550. When I got the laser, I looked at the installation instructions and everything referenced a 6550 -Pro. That made me nervous so I started a chat and was immediately put at ease and was assured that while it was slightly different there were no issues.
