Recently bought three pairs of trousers which were exactly as described. This led to me placing a second order for one of the pairs in a different colour, whilst doing so I also ordered pillows, boot liner, bath mat, tea towels and black briefs (which are better than those from the high street knicker shop) - all exactly as described and good value. Ordered 21st, received 26th which I don't think is an unreasonable delivery time. Thank you. I'll be back.

I bought a T shirt for my granddaughter - it was only £2 (and very well priced) . The cashier was so lovely - definitely shop here again. Thank you

Ordered two tops in an 18 and a large size - these did not fit so requested 'how to return' a fortnight ago. These clothes did not even fit a size 16 friend. No response so take it they do not accept returns on the cheaper items. Bad business.

Terrible experience with delivery service.
They ring with a random number, without prior notice if not answered refused to deliver parcel. Poor communication regarding delivery time.
This has put me off to purchase again with YKW. Still awaiting my parcel.

Very few items with size 6 or size 8 listed or available. The items I did order were mostly good quality for a decent price.

It is nice to order on some of the reduced items. The only issue I have is I get the email. I go to the page. I click on something I like and my size is already sold out..😔

My products arrived quickly and in good condition, the product was of good quality.

I've ordered from them before and have always been pleased with how my items have been packed. However, this time I was very disappointed.
The two pillows were packed well in cellophane , but the bath towel and short-sleeved cardigan appeared to have just been thrown into the parcel. They arrived so badly creased, including the little short sleeved cardigan , which now I will have to try and get the creases out which wasn't what I expected.
I hope the company will take a little more care with packaging clothing and textiles in future, after all it still cost money even though the items are cheaper .

Great customer service
Recieved my 1st order and one item was missing, I emailed and with in 2 days it was sent to me. The quality on the clothes I had was fabulous and the prices so cheap. May take a little longer to deliver but worth the wait. I will be ordering from them again

I don’t know why I keep ordering from here because I’ve ordered probably 10 times and had 1 or 2 orders that were correct!
Items missing, wrong sizes, this time I’ve got a missing t shirt I ordered for my daughter …they don’t even put a note or anything in to tell you things are out of stock or missing, youve got to be psychic or chase them which takes ages to get a response.
One upset little girl that wanted that top for her holiday!

Delivery took a while. The items I ordered were From clothing companies that I’ve never heard of. Clothing quality was cheap too. I’m not sure where the items are stored but there was a very weird smell coming from them. Sizing was off, I’m a size 10 and ordered one dress in a 12 but still too tight. Won’t be using again .

Crew fleece arrived promptly, perfect sizing and excellent quality.

Some excellent items for a fraction of the original price. Satisfied with all of my items and the order has always been correct. Usually postage is super speedy but my last parcel there was a longer wait. Will keep using you know who's and I would recommend.

Despite sending messages no communication regarding the items I've paid for. Items havent even been prepared for despatch. No number to ring only a little box to send messages which are ignored.
If I dont receive the goods or a refund I'll be taking this to Trading Standards.

Ordering was easy, delivered on time and in good condition. Product quality was very good.
