What a waste of money! Got my daughter some âsupposedlyâ M&S tights, pack of grey⊠great, £7 all in with postageâŠ
She wore once for school and the elastic went⊠I thought maybe it was just one pair out of 3, oh no⊠wore a second pair and the same happened, had to throw all 3 in the bin⊠donât waste your money guys they are either faulty or seconds as never had that kind of quality from marks and Spencer before.

I recently bought 4 pillows
I recently bought 4 pillows, two of them were hotel quality. I have never felt pillows like this, absolutely brick had and full of small hard pieces of what I take to be bits of foam. They are absolute rubbish. I wish I had opened them sooner so I could have returned them but was waiting for room to be decorated. If I went onto a hotel and got pillows like this then Iâd be asking for a refund. You need to check the quality of all items that youâre selling.

Delivery was good. Cutting labels inconsistent.
Delivery was good. Ordered some Lyle and Scott tops. Each label cut off and so scratches at the neck line. Also I ordered some Champion joggers which were fine. Thing I found strange that they actually state the brands on website and cut the labels on the Lyle and Scott clothes but not the Champion clothing. Won't bother again.

Ordered babyâs pyjamas for my granddaughter and there was a spelling mistake on them.
