Excuse was they have just moved ! Still waiting for a refund? Avoid ordering
Ordered at the start of September. My parcel didnât track for over two weeks. At first they responded to my messages and told me to just keep waiting. Eventually they stopped responding and just didnât even reply to me. I then had to chase a refund through my bank for the missing parcel.
It never arrived - I got an empty bag on my doorstep!! You stopped replying to any emails. Thank god my bank saw sense.
