What a fantastic company that has innovative ideas. Not only have they given children the opportunity to take part in a wonderful competition, they have also given a considerable amount of pride to a number for having their art work published professionally. This is not only a great way to engage children but also a clever marketing strategy that parents are pleased to spend money to buy the product. The staff that I encountered (Lily) has been delightful and incredibly helpful. It's been a very positive experience. I am also planning to purchase the product again to distribute to family members. Customer service has been excellent, any queries that we had they were dealt with with ease. The children enjoyed taking part and the books were printed to a fantastic standard.

The children LOVE entering the Young Artists and Young Writers competitions, the correspondence from the staff is great and Lily really helped me out of a tight spot today on our last day of term. Thank you so much Lily!!

Dealing with the customer service team was a fantastic experience. I emailed with a question and Aaliyah was very friendly and helpful, replying quickly and answering my query. A big shout out for Lily and Gemma too, both also very friendly, helpful and everyone responding swifly to my emails. Great service!

This company is just amazing and their customer service is the best! They responded to my very late email so fast and not onky followed up but answered my questions!

I placed a book order and realized my apartment number was not on the order and realized my order never arrived.

I emailed about the status of my order, it was delivered but never received.

I informed Lily and she right away was so attentive and quick with her response.

After my daughter mistakenly took her competition picture home, Lily in Young Artists made her day by including her entry way after all others had been submitted.
