This company provides fun activities for my students and even gives them the opportunity to become published artists, which brings them so much confidence and joy. Great customer service as well!

圓該䌁業による蚘述

Young Artists runs national art competitions for clubs for children in wraparound care or extracurricular groups and activities to turn their imaginations and creativity into fantastic pieces of art. The competitions proved so popular, Young Artists created a special competition just for Reception pupils, and opened up the club competitions to schools in 2024 because creativity has no limits! Young Artists creates fun and engaging themed competitions, which are sent to club leaders and teachers across the UK where they inspire children to draw or paint with the opportunity to have their artwork published in a book... and the best artist's work becomes the title and front cover!

Scamming young kids

After waiting 2months for my young artist book that my child was entered into
I still have not received anything. There was no order number on my conformation email, no tracking number, and no information was emailed after they have "shipped" the book. I called their customer service number to get information after I have been emailing with them. And calling them is a USA number but they answer in England where the books are published and shipped out from. They do not get shipped to the address you enter the get shipped to an address in Peabody, Massachusetts. Apparently Peabody Massachusetts is supposed to ship them from their to your home address. While speaking with customer service they are rude, have no actual information to give as to what happens after the books are shipped from England and aren't very helpful. I will definitely be telling our school district what a scam, fraud ect.. this company is.

Young Artists からの回答

Hi Lorena,

We are very sorry to read your review and to hear how frustrated you are. We completely understand how disappointing it must feel to wait for something so special for your child.

First, we would like to clarify that Young Artists is a UK based company, and our customer service team and publishing operations are based in the United Kingdom. That is why, when you call the listed (American) number, the call is answered by our team in the UK. We work with distribution team in Peabody, Massachusetts, who handle the onward mailing of books within the US once they have cleared customs.

Prior to this review being posted, we had already agreed with you to:

- Redispatch your book using a tracked service, and

- Apply a 50% discount to your order,

as a gesture of goodwill. We offered this because we understand that we were unable to provide the level of tracking information you were requesting at the time, and we wanted to resolve the situation fairly and promptly. For that reason, we are disappointed to read that the review states we “have not done anything,” as steps had already been agreed and arranged.

We are a legitimate company that has worked with schools and families for many years, and we take any concerns about our service very seriously. We remain committed to ensuring you receive your book and that this matter is resolved properly.

My colleague has emailed you the tracking for the replacement book and we will monitor this delivery from our end to ensure that this arrives safely with you.

Apologise again for any inconvenience and upset caused.

Best Wishes,
Emma

Lack of Follow Through on Shipment

I really wanted to like this company as they have great things for schools and programs however after our students had submitted their work, it was approved and we were told it would be published, we never received our copy of the book. I had emailed the company several times requesting confirmation of the shipping address and a response that it was confirmed and then weeks later still nothing. This happened about 3 times and finally we have given up on trying to show our students the book their drawings were in. They were devasted we never received the book from LAST year. We will go with a different company for our afterschool programs.
