Customer service has not even replied after sending 3 emails in 1 week with very importants questions.

Not even a standard reply or something

A single hard plastic supplement bottle was shipped in a heavy, medium-sized box stuffed with a 26” x 16” sheet of thick bubble wrap. It could have fit safely in a small recyclable sleeve. This kind of absurd overpackaging inflates costs and signals a company that lacks basic judgment about environmental impact.

I won’t be purchasing Youngevity again. Plenty of competitors offer higher-quality supplements without the marketing hype or the waste.

I would give a 0 for YPHOTO if I could.
The program that moved from Heritage Makers (awesome program - member for MANY years) to Yphoto was an awful program from the get go. It took a few years to get it just to where it needed to be to in order work with it. Then when it finally got to a place where I could work with it, I started to use it again. Shipping costs to Canada were out of this world (not with Heritage), plus the exchange made for an extremely expensive program to use. BUT I had been a part of a club at Heritage and had points I bought into, so I needed to use them up and began working with the site again. Just learned that my points expired (314, equivalent to 314 American $. My points, my money!). No email, and 0 options to get them back. (Heritage had options). This company is terrible for photo projects. I do not recommend them at all!

two stars because the actual product is best. ALL OTHER IS MINUS STARS OF TOOLS & TRAINING AND ORDERING AND CUSTOMERSUPPORT & FULL BUSSINESS SET UP IS MIS-LEADING AND DECEPTIVE IN EXCHANGING THE BUSINESS OF NEED AND PRODUCT. need to be off the market or be in banchmark of market set up like any reasonable busines. Very Very expensive! They will sell you anything that you don't want or need. The people who advise you on the health products are laymen and not nutritionists. I bought youngevity products for about 8 months and spent 500- 800 per month. The vice president tried to recruit me to sell the products and told me that is how she bought her 2 million dollar home!

Youngevity products have saved my life. I have been using Youngevity products for almost 10 years. The Healthy Start Pack is a must! Dr. Joel Wallach is a genius!

I have been take youngevity products for years , can only recommend their high quality products. I need a knee replacement my specialist can believe still walking around on my injured knee, have been for years now. These products certainly have helped me.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was a Heritage Makers user for many years and now they have converted to Yphoto it is beyond frustrating!! The quality of the available items to scrapbook with are very basic. My points were transferred to Yphoto and I can't find any way to use them that doesn't make me cringe. Youngevity should have stuck with health products.

Youngevity might have some good programs, but their online scrapbooking program tanked when Heritage Makers was no longer available. If you used HM like I did for 15 years, you already know what I am talking about. I need to find another program. If anyone has suggestions, please list them on your review. I will not renew for sure. I am grateful for the hundreds of albums I was able to make with HM. They are treasures.

Yphoto sucks! I loved Heritage Makers and after using up my points, I will be using Picaboo. It isn't as good as Heritage Makers, but it has more scrapbooking elements than Yphoto. I am so disappointed in Heritage Makers for letting this happen!!

After being with Heritage Makers since the beginning Yphoto is a HUGE disappointment. The editor is complicated and not user friendly at all. The products are minimal and being able to customize them is extremely hard after using HM for so long. I want to use the point I have saved up and moved over, but I will not be continuing my subscription. This is very disheartening, my Heritage Makers books are some of my most valued treasures and the fact that Yphoto does not even come close to what HM was, is very very sad.

I was a member of heritage maker. Yphoto part of Youngevity took over heritage maker several years ago. This year heritage maker was discontinued and members transferred to Yphoto. I was ok with the transfer but planned on using my last Heritage Maker points in July 2023 for cards/ invitations. That product was not available through heritage maker. I was offered FULL reimbursement in July but encouraged to wait for Yphoto to launch their cards in August. Then September...now October. So I waited until I absolutely need to mail out my invitations and Yphotos has still not launched their card products. I asked for full reimbursement but told I cannot due to it has been greater than 90 days. It was not my fault that the cards are not available within the 90 days. I am out $300.

So I am will not recommend yphoto.

Before Youngevity, I was very novice as far as how to approach the financial markets. I also had limited knowledge and wisdom on how their health products.

However, after being approached about an opportunity to experience what Youngevity had to offer I took off and ran with it.

Since that time, I have only acquired more knowledge on the financial markets and have become proficient in trading them.

As far as the health products, not only have they tasted amazing, they have contributed to me eating less and drinking less caffeinated products.

Overall, my experience with Youngevity continues to be absolutely amazing!

My family has been consuming Youngevity products and services for almost eleven years. Our household cannot function without Tangy Tangerine and Osteofx. We have also had a wonderful learning experience with the new YGY trading Academy platform.

I like their products, they have good health stuff which is up my alley but I’m definitely excited about the tech stuff I’ve used the trading tool, and I suck at tech and it worked and very fast. The traders seem super nice also and know what they’re doing. Don’t love the downloading and maneuvering of the purchase and all that vps etc but I suppose it’s the name of the game.

I wanted to take a minute and share with you how much I've been enjoying the Youngevity Trading Academy.

Although all the health products have been amazing, my absolute favorite is their Digital product Eight Minute Trader/The Youngevity Trading Academy. The coaches that they have there have been the best in the game - their knowledge and expertise have been invaluable in helping me to develop my own trading skills and psychology. The support provided by the Youngevity Trading Academy team is simply amazing. I've never felt like I was on my own, which made my journey towards my goals so much smoother and enjoyable.

Perhaps what's most impressive about the Trading Academy, though, is the sense of community that it fosters. I've met so many people through the Academy who share a passion for trading, and it's been incredibly rewarding to connect with others who are pursuing similar goals.

Overall, I can't recommend Youngevity and the Trading Academy enough. They're truly exceptional, and I'm grateful for the impact they've had on my life.
