I have ordered some hair extensions over a week ago and had no updates at all. They still haven’t sent my order out and it says delivery is 3-5 days. I have ended up having to pay £80 already for cancellation fees. I have contacted them on multiple occasions and been ignored

This is my first experience with extensions and I am very pleased. Once I ordered the right color, the color match to my hair was perfect. I plan on staying a customer and truly love the look and feel of my hair. I did however purchase the wrong color initially and the return process was not very easy. Other than that. Love the company.

I have gotten so many compliments on my hair and many think it’s my hair! Extensions can be visible sometimes and I’m a hairstylist myself. I prefer these more than hand tied

I ordered 22’ extensions that were out of stock .. they replaced them with 24’ for free

Absoloute worst hair i have ever bought in my 8 years of wearing extenisons so dry despite using every hair mask under the sun and when there wet they mat together feels synthetic and the ends feel like there frazzled stay away waste of 300 pounds

All were amazing with very descriptive instructions. Color match is amazing. I’ve used the tape ins 3 times and the quality of hair is unmatched with any other product out here and the customer service is also great.

I recently purchased 14 in extentions from this site , then received an email explaining they didnt have the 14 in in stock and instead wanted to send me the 16 in free of charge ! I will definitely be buying from youngsee again !

This was my first time trying Youngsee, and I absolutely loved everything about it. I used the iTip method, and the hair was incredibly soft, smooth, and easy to install. I’ve tried other more well-known brands before, but these exceeded my expectations — both in quality and price.

The customer service was also outstanding. As soon as my order shipped, I received the tracking number, and even though there were holiday delays, they kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate that level of care and communication.

I love ❤️ how these extensions make me feel — confident, radiant, and beautiful. I’ll definitely be staying with Youngsee from now on. Highly recommended!

I have ordered two pieces from Youngsee, including a recent custom piece. Their customer service representative, Mayze, was excellent about responding. She answered all of my questions and took the time to give thorough, thoughtful information, which I really appreciated.

The custom piece took a few weeks longer to arrive than originally promised, but the quality was very good. It even arrived slightly longer than what I had ordered, which worked in my favor and allowed extra room for custom cutting and styling.

Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to order from them again.

The product provided by Youngsee is outstanding. Customer Service is very responsive. The item arrived very quickly. It was a wonderful experience.

Customer service is fast is friendly! The product itself is WONDERFUL! For the price I was skeptical, however, the tape in hair is so thick and smooth, it did not tangle at all and it was thick from root to ends! It was silky and the blonde was a nice BRIGHT blonde!

What a wonderful helpful company to do business with. I tried so many on line companies to get a hair toppers to cover my balding head due to Hashi Mottos. Immediately Mayze came to my attention offering her help and assistance to get what I want. She did it. She hung with me from day 1 thru yesterday when I received my topper. She got the color perfect by photos and explanations from me. That was not easy but she proved doable. She was a delight to work with and the people at YOUNGSEE came together and helped me so much to get the piece just right. I love it! If you’re in the process of getting a hair toppers or wig or really anything hair. Give YOUNGSEE a try you’ll be treated as though you’re their only client. Thank you to Mayze and the staff there you’ve made me whole again.
