Found them from an IG ad and scheduled a meeting. The day of they cancelled it with no warning. Never received any response back as to why the meeting was cancelled. So glad I hadn't paid them anything yet - seems disorganized at best and probably a scam honestly.

We tried 6 different agencies before finding YWS. After a year, they've proven to be the only dependable team that consistently delivers on their promises.

Since Working with these guys, we have gained 35,000 organic followers and made almost $71,000 per month. particularly with the introduction of our TikTok Shop. Their strategic approach and extensive influencer network have significantly contributed to these outstanding achievements.

We worked with YWS for 4 months. Timote seemed very knowledgable but after the first initial call with him we were passed on to the team of "experts" and never heard from him again. (until recently when I got a spammy email from him requesting to work together..)
While the "expert" team was very very nice and did try.. They resulted in many mediocre videos that got no more then 300 views each on TikTok.. so very not impressed with the capabilities..

it took them about 2.5 months to onboard an influencer to work with us. They promised us they would onboard 2 influencers that would work simultaneously. They ended up onboarding one that didn't do well and then another after a few months.

Bottom line: save the money and do it without them.
Find someone that scrolls TikTok all day who can tell you what the trends are and create the content for you.
it will be much more price efficient.

I received an unsolicited and generic marketing email from Young With Solutions (YWS) to my private email, seemingly mistaking me for the marketing person of a company. This appears to have been due to the use of a marketing tool (Apollo.io) which has incorrect information in its database.

Initially, my review was flagged by YWS. However, after providing proof, their CEO, Timote Chanut, personally reached out to me. Timote has been friendly, open, and professional in our communications, addressing my concerns promptly and courteously.

Through our collaboration, the fulfillment and recruitment teams have had our back however. It wasn't until TikTok shop that we truly hit our stride. Conversation rate grew by almost 2% and made TikTok our primary source of revenue. Affiliates on TikTok show has been instrumental for us and YWS are the ones behind the scenes. Only good things to say about them!

We're a CPG brand in the UK, we went from a 1.6 ROAS to a 3.4 ROAS thanks to good creatives, consistency but also their expertise on product market fit on TikTok (YWS helped us test pricing, landing pages and more).

Like others, I felt like they are very disorganized and didn't produce any value in the end. On a 90 day contract, after many hiccups and 2 replacements of the talent, they were still finishing that contract 9 months later. Had one constant PM, and I like her, but had so many other touch points with so many others, all on Slack (which they weren't on often enough to answer me quickly), very chaotic. Had weekly calls that seemed to promise things, which they often did not follow through on, I usually needed to follow up (posting videos to spreadsheet, sending me influencers, etc). The main guy with tons of followers finally posted on his site about us after a loooong delay, but then he ended up tagging the wrong account. Ouch. Their "landing page" that they say they'll build for you does not work for everyone, even though they kept saying they would do all the work, I ended up coding my own landing page. After all that time and money, I've gotten literally _zero_ leads, which is of course the point of that $20k I paid them. Videos posted were ok content-wise, but most got no more than 200 views (one did get 15k - yay!). They were good enough to extend my 90 day project due to their delays, so I appreciated that. But zero leads in 9 months on a $20k spend is not good from any perspective.

Update - After reading my initial negative review, they offered me a refund "based on campaign performance" - which is great. However, the caveat was that I remove this review. I said I didn't think it ethical to remove the review for money (I said I would edit it, not remove it), but then never got a refund, which says to me that they weren't really standing behind their product but rather just wanting to pay me so you, the public, don't know about my negative experience. My unsolicited advice to them, don't focus on removing bad reviews - focus on a great quality product that you stand behind, and will refund when it doesn't produce as you would want. That will override the bad reviews in time.

We've working with YWS for 14 months now and had seen good organic growth but until the activation of TikTOK shop, sales were not amazing. Now that we've activated TikTok shop suddenly our conversion rate doubled and are getting a ROI. YWS has been great at finding the right influencers to work with and managing our entire TikTok presence. With TikTok shop, we're projecting to add another $300k/m in TikTok attributed revenue this quater.

We've received constant winning creatives from their creators. They've helped in ideation, scripting, production and editing. The creatives are used as spark ads and for Meta, all outperforming our previous efforts. I think they excel in analyzing the video performing our iterating based on the data. They are our most successful agency to date. Props to them.

The promised marketing campaign never happened, and the content lacked impact. Overall, i am disappointed and uncertain about the partnership's effectiveness.

Our collaboration in the first month added us an additional 30,000 followers ORGANICALLY. We've had to change creator but our new one is extremely talented and proactive. Organic sales are also noticeable when we go viral. I didn't believe much in TikTok, but it's proven to be a new gold mine, at least for fashion brands.
